Main responsibilities
Como será o dia a dia:
● Desenvolver projetos de Data com alta complexidade;
● Desenvolver Dashboard junto com Dataviz;
● Acompanhar o cliente regularmente para entendimento das necessidades e propor novas
análises;
● Apoiar o cliente no desenvolvimento de metas;
● Gerenciar estudos especiais;
● Identificar novas oportunidades em Data nos clientes e/ou mercado;
● Gerir e monitorar as atividades planejadas e seus prazos;
● Desenvolver os clientes nas disciplinas de Data, compartilhando conhecimentos;
● Ser ponto focal de relacionamento com o cliente e demais áreas envolvidas no projeto;
● Garantir histórico documental da área e dos clientes;
● Pesquisar e construir melhorias a partir de bench’s do mercado;
● Liderar, com rotinas de 1:1, feedbacks, construção e acompanhamento de PDI- Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual;
● Acompanhar e criar conexão de dados da DOJO com demais áreas do negócio;
● Participar de concorrências.
Você será responsável por guiar o time em:
- ETL (extração, tratamento e carregamento de dados);
- Criação e otimização em bases de dados orgânicos, de mídia e de creators;
- Listenings e acompanhamento de benchmarks;
- Análises periódicas, dashboards e criação de relatórios;
- Desenvolvimento de metas e estratégias para o atingimento dos objetivos do cliente.

Responsibilities (Summary)1. Audience Strategy Implementation
Support local teams in defining and executing audience and Influencer Tribes strategies. Collaborate with local/regional PM & PI leads and adapt global/regional frameworks. Coordinate with E-commerce to align full-funnel audience strategies. Stay up to date on digital targeting trends, lead learning agendas, define testing hypotheses, and share insights with stakeholders.
2. Consumer Journey Management
Help local teams build consumer journeys using available data. Define funnel-stage conversion points based on campaign goals. Share learnings and best practices to enhance conversion across all touchpoints.
3. 1st-Party Data (1PD) Strategy
Support regional/local teams in implementing best practices for product/category data. Evaluate owned digital platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA) to improve data collection. Assist with compliant collection of non-PII first-party data.
4. Data-Driven Insights
Analyze digital channel performance (web, social, video, programmatic, influencer) to ensure seamless journeys. Use granular and standard data to derive consumer insights and optimize future campaigns. Address sensitive issues (e.g., fraud, inventory quality), measure impact on brand/sales lift, and align tribe insights with PI Lead. Partner with E-commerce on full-funnel audience performance.
5. Collaboration with Agencies & Internal Teams
Ensure smooth data flow between analytics tools and DSPs. Facilitate proper usage of 1P data for audience creation. Guide agencies in applying precision marketing frameworks in media planning.
Requirements
Ideal Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Data & Analytics.
- Background in the CPG industry with a track record in digital media roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (GA360, DV360, CM, Retailer data).
- Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, optimization, and dashboarding.
- Deep knowledge of 1st-party data use in targeting and media activation.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, journey optimization, and conversion modeling.
- Proficient with ad-tech ecosystem tools and how to optimize workstreams and campaign performance.

Title and Summary
Vice President, Data Strategy and Monetization Lead, LACOverviewThe Business and Market Insights (B&MI) team is seeking a Vice President, Data Strategy and Monetization. This role is accountable for strategically expanding the quantity and enhancing the quality of data assets available for development and deployment of data-driven analytical solutions for all our customer segments and partners in Latin America. This role will partner closely with our Chief Data Office at global level and with Product Management, Franchise, Market Development, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Legal teams across the region.
Role
In this leadership position, you will:
Work with cross-functional partners and executives to localize global Data Strategy and Monetization goals.
Identify proprietary and consented data elements across data sources (e.g., transactional, open banking, device) with the greatest monetization potential linked to priority jobs to be done (e.g., open new accounts, manage credit risk) of customers and partners.
Own and periodically report progress against the business case for expanding the quantity and enhancing the quality of data assets available for development and deployment of data-driven analytical solutions for all our customer segments and partners.
Engage and influence Country Managers, Market Development, and Franchise teams across the region to ensure complete and timely execution of proprietary data quality remediation plans developed in partnership with the global Chief Data Office.
Lead ongoing transactional data quality assessments for key markets in the region in partnership with the global Chief Data Office.
Own regional data commercial partnerships and data quality and sourcing priorities. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to steadily expand and enhance data assets available for analytical solutions development and commercialization.
Assess the effectiveness of data transformation protocols (e.g., merchant aggregation) for the region and collaborate across Chief Data Office and Operations & Technology teams to implement adjustments and increase value delivered to our customers.
Support creation of analytical solutions, leveraging Mastercard's global databases, assets, and software platforms. Collaborate with Regulatory, Data Privacy and Protection teams across the region to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
Drive institutionalized knowledge using consistent documentation (e.g., support documents) across all processes to support knowledge management and ensure consistency and repeatability across projects.
Ensure data strategy best practices and foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
Participate in discussions with executive-level stakeholders, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
All About You
The ideal candidate should:
Business acumen and the ability to apply data science capabilities to solve practical business problems.
Extensive (+10 years) experience in application of advanced analytics or data science for financial services or payments industry in Latin America. Experience in integrating data science applications into software products will be highly valued.
A master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or similar will be highly valued.
Can communicate with executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
Demonstrate our Mastercard Way behaviors, necessary to be effective in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.

**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for leading production in Global Data and Reporting Operations (Cadastro). Key responsibilities include managing daily account set up related activities to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This department oversees data science disciplines through the development of predictive models, business analytics, and insights — including dashboard creation, market studies, and strategic analysis.
Responsibilities and DutiesThe Coordinator will lead a team focused on developing data-driven solutions for CRM/Marketing strategies. They will define the direction for cross-functional strategies across the Bank, collaborate with operations teams, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of predictive models and analytical studies
- Managing expectations and priorities in alignment with executive stakeholders
- Guiding and monitoring the implementation of models and strategies alongside the IT team
- Promoting and supporting the adoption of these solutions by the business areas in daily operations
- Academic background in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related areas
- Proven experience leading teams, especially in data science and marketing strategy environments
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in people and leadership
- English proficiency is desirable
- Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo
