In this role you will

- Support data management activities, ensuring quality and governance

across CRM systems.

- Generate reports, perform testing, and validate data accuracy for

key processes.

- Review and correct data inputs and outputs to maintain consistency.

- Provide assistance to CRM key users and help prepare documentation

for daily operations.


Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience with CRM data handling and reporting.

- Experience working specifically within a formal Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM) program.

- Strong understanding of database structures, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and experience with basic SQL for data analysis and validation.

- Strong analytical mindset to ensure data quality and governance.

- English is mandatory;

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field.


Desirable Skills

- Hands-on expertise with at least one leading Data Governance/Metadata Management tool (e.g., Collibra, Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, AWS Glue Catalog, etc.)

- Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Ability to deliver user training and ongoing CRM monitoring.

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.

In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing the results of assessments of compliance, planning and implementing assigned processes and taking corrective actions when necessary, and developing strong working relationships in your function and cross functionally as well. You are a technological resource and considered an expert in your technical or scientific area.
**How you will contribute**
You will provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes. You will also complete various projects-either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. This role requires excellent communication skills because you will work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications and talk with suppliers about raw material specifications. In this role, you will offer suggestions on how to improve projects in your area and ensure data consistency and completeness. Some of your other duties will include archiving obsolete specifications, running maintenance and audit programs for specifications, troubleshooting and providing day-to-day user support and training.

Required Skills and Experience
-Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting
-Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical use cases and technical requirements
-Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, and visualization
-Strong experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI (Fabric), Workday PRISM, One Model, or similar tools
-Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance
-Demonstrated ability to independently conduct data exploration, build dashboards, and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making
-Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, data scientists, and business leaders
-Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, global environment with a diverse and collaborative team
-Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
-Advanced English proficiency required to collaborate with global teams
Preferred Skills and Experience
-Experience in workforce analytics, HR data, or professional services
-Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
-Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
-Data Science, experience with predictive analytics and machine learning models

Job Descriptions

  1. Provide data analysis and data support for merchant-side operations of Keeta's food delivery business.
  2. Work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams, identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for different operation scenarios.
  3. Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into merchant needs, identifying key business opportunities .
  4. Participate in operation key projects , provide data analysis support for projects, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.


Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above . Background in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
  2. Experience in data analysis. Top-tier internet companies or consulting firms preferred.
  3. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools .
