This job is responsible for leading production in Global Data and Reporting Operations (Cadastro). What You Will Do
What you will do
The Data Analyst will be responsible for the extract, transform and load (ETL) process for Kenvue sales data, generating and analyzing reports, and ensuring the understanding and adoption of the Data Products generated. This position will be working close of IT technical team and also hands-on with Dashboards development, SQL query analysis, data lake process improvements, granting the daily business data update with data quality. This position should ensure that users understand and use the data and providing support to guide data decision-making.
The Data Science team works closely with Productivity, Analytics, Pricing, S&OP, and Category Management areas and primarily support the Commercial team, although we have a lot of contact with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the sales data flow ETL maintenance ensuring data quality.
- Develop and implement data products to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven projects and initiatives.
- Create visualizations and dashboards empowering end-users to track and analysis main KPIs.

This role is critical in building and maintaining trusted, scalable, and well-documented gold tables for metrics like MRR, Churn, Expansion and Retention. You will work closely with Finance, BI, RevOps, and Product teams to transform raw data into business-ready datasets that power decision-making across the company.
This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, business logic, and financial governance—ensuring that the numbers we report internally and externally are accurate, explainable, and consistent.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a
related field - Degrees in Finance, Economics, or Business will also be
considered if combined with strong SQL and data modeling
experience - Advanced SQL, PySpark and data modeling skills
- Expertise in Databricks or similar Spark-based platforms
- Proficient with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
- Familiarity with Power BI, DOMO, or Tableau from a data source perspective
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics: MRR, ARR, Churn, NRR, CAC, LTV
- Experience working with Finance and RevOps stakeholders
- Ability to translate business logic into transparent, scalable technical implementations
- Fluency in English Speaking and Writing
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving data quality
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote, fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora)
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data
- Exposure to data privacy and security practices in SaaS environments
- Basic knowledge of DAX or Power BI visual development
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Gold Table Ownership:
Architect, build, and maintain clean, reliable gold tables in Databricks that define and calculate core SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, Net Revenue Retention, Churn, Sales, Upsells). This role should show ownership in centralizing final data for consumption across multiple visualization tools (Power BI, DOMO) - Business Logic Implementation:
Work closely with Finance, RevOps and Executive team to encode business rules in PySpark and SQL, ensuring alignment across reporting and planning tools - Data Modeling & Pipelines:
Design efficient, scalable data models and ETL workflows to support both executive dashboards and external financial reporting - Metric Governance & Documentation:
Maintain detailed version-controlled documentation of metric definitions, transformations, and dependencies. Ensure traceability and reproducibility of reported numbers - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with BI developers, FP&A analysts, Rev Ops and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy, interpret results, and support metric adoption - Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of queries and data structures used in Power BI and other visualization tools
