Required Skills and Experience
-Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting
-Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical use cases and technical requirements
-Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, and visualization
-Strong experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI (Fabric), Workday PRISM, One Model, or similar tools
-Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance
-Demonstrated ability to independently conduct data exploration, build dashboards, and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making
-Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, data scientists, and business leaders

**Um dia na vida de.**
A NBS Latam é um lugar dinâmico e desafiador para se trabalhar. Estamos buscando um analista sênior orientado a resultados focado em Qualidade Total de Serviço e Otimização de Processos. Este papel é responsável por analisar dados de desempenho de serviço, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e promover a colaboração entre diferentes funções para aprimorar a entrega de serviços. O candidato ideal implementará estratégias que simplificam processos, reduzem ineficiências e elevam a satisfação do cliente.
**Principais atividades**
+ Liderará as iniciativas de melhoria de processos;
+ Fornecer orientações valiosas aos funcionários;
+ Monitorar indicadores-chave de desempenho;
+ Gerenciar e agendar reuniões operacionais (MORs);
+ Preparar informações críticas para as partes interessadas, gestão de mercado e liderança da NBS;
+ Desenvolver habilidades de liderança focadas em habilidades de comunicação e uma mentalidade proativa para impulsionar a melhoria contínua e fomentar uma cultura de sucesso.

+ Estabelece conexões entre fatos, ideias e situações: Capacidade de identificar relacionamentos e padrões, conectando informações para obter insights e tomar decisões informadas;
+ Simplifica questões complexas em elementos facilmente compreensíveis: Habilidade em decompor problemas ou conceitos complicados em componentes mais simples e gerenciáveis para melhor compreensão e resolução de problemas;
+ Alinha o trabalho dos membros da equipe em direção a objetivos compartilhados: Gerencia tarefas e responsabilidades individuais que estão alinhadas com os objetivos gerais da equipe ou organização para promover sinergia e colaboração entre a NBS e as partes interessadas;
+ Mede o progresso e os resultados e garante responsabilidade;
+ Aborda questões difíceis a tempo;
+ Desenvolve relacionamentos com tomadores de decisão chave;
+ Questiona de forma construtiva práticas e processos atuais: Incentivando uma cultura de melhoria contínua ao avaliar criticamente práticas e processos existentes e buscar oportunidades de inovação e eficiência;
+ Familiaridade com o domínio de Dados Mestres é considerada um forte ativo para esta posição, embora não seja um requisito obrigatório.
**Conhecimentos necessários**
+ Graduação (universidade) em Economia, Administração de Empresas e áreas afins.
+ Inglês Avançado obrigatório;
+ Espanhol Intermediário Obrigatório;
+ Diferencial: Excel Intermediário;
+ Interesse em Aceleração de Performance;
+ Habilidade em analise e apresentação de KPIs;
+ Experiencia com stakeholder management;
+ Habilidades interpessoais em Comunicação e Orientação ao Serviço;
+ Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente multifuncional;
+ Diferencial: conhecimento em Master Data.

We are looking for Data Management SR, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
- Support data management activities, ensuring quality and governance
across CRM systems.
- Generate reports, perform testing, and validate data accuracy for
key processes.
- Review and correct data inputs and outputs to maintain consistency.
- Provide assistance to CRM key users and help prepare documentation
for daily operations.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with CRM data handling and reporting.
- Experience working specifically within a formal Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM) program.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and experience with basic SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Strong analytical mindset to ensure data quality and governance.
- English is mandatory;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field.
Desirable Skills
- Hands-on expertise with at least one leading Data Governance/Metadata Management tool (e.g., Collibra, Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, AWS Glue Catalog, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to deliver user training and ongoing CRM monitoring.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
