Some details about your department
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analytics Consultant with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local data analytics projects, helping our clients to leverage their data to drive business decisions. You will be the go-to person for GA4 implementation, analysis, and reporting, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.
What we’d like you to do
Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for our clients.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
Analyze website and marketing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage local data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
Provide training and support to clients on how to use and interpret GA4 data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and GA4.
What we’d like you to bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Google Analytics (GA4 is a must).
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English.

This position will contribute to the strategy and lead execution of commercial excellence efforts for Emea Latam Region, improving sales analytics to support the go-to market, fact-based approach we are seeking. This role also will be a critical driver of the sales analytics around goals, progress to objectives, and analytics for customer feedback. This position will provide support across all businesses, with key focus around channel segmentation/strategy, account planning, sales analytics around pricing and program effectiveness, sales training, and customer-facing execution, in collaboration with the business heads.
You will be responsible for development of sales reporting tools, and timely updates on key sales metrics, as well as the sales incentive plans. You will identify in collaboration with the business’s regional execution and identification of cross-business upskilling and integration of best practices, including standardization and KPIs.
Drive the EMEA & LATAM Commercial Excellence agenda through data, analytics, and tooling. Build a single source of truth, standard KPIs, and self-serve insights that improve pricing effectiveness, GTM execution, and sales productivity, partnering closely with Business Leads and Sales Leadership.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Contribute to Emea Latam commercial excellence initiatives, together with Commercial excellence lead and business leaders to build sales excellence capacity/capabilities, develop and execute channel/customer segmentation strategies, KAM planning, and go-to market approach, working in strong collaboration with business and customer engagement team, to achieve business objectives.
- Lead development and execution of sales reports to support the main objectives of the sales organization, including clarity of established goals and KPIs to track progress.
- Lead development of valuable and timely sales tools to help sales organization steer the business, track progress, to success, as well as provide an early warning system to business challenges.
- Develop tools and processes to ensure pricing excellence and improve program effectiveness.
- Support efforts to Strengthen Account Planning through tools to help Customer/Account Needs Assessment, Interaction Management, and Account Sales and Resource Planning
- Drive sales performance by determining, tracking, and measuring field force KPIs
- Track progress of go-to market pricing strategies and help develop potential improvements to go-to market (agency/title transfer) models.

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Coordenador(a) de Data Analytics para atuar de forma hands-on no desenvolvimento de análises, relatórios e dashboards que apoiem as decisões de negócio.
- Estruturar, organizar e acompanhar o fluxo de entregas da área de Data Analytics.
- Desenvolver relatórios, dashboards e análises em ferramentas como Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio ou similares.
- Consolidar e validar bases de dados, garantindo consistência e qualidade.

Requisitos e qualificações
- Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Estatística, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em análise de dados, métricas de marketing digital e elaboração de relatórios/dashboards.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas como Excel/Google Sheets avançado, Power BI, Google Data Studio ou similares.
- Habilidade em organizar demandas, priorizar entregas e atuar com autonomia.
- Boa comunicação para traduzir dados em insights estratégicos.

Principais Responsabilidades
Utilização de ferramentas de dados para limpeza da base de vendas dos clientes;
Criação de estrutura de dados (ETL) e Gráficos e Tabelas (Dataview);
Apoio no desenvolvimento de processos de data quality para otimização dos processos de dados;
Apoio na criação de análises de dados dos clientes e de mercado para criação de insights de otimização de venda;
Participar de reuniões com clientes e time interno para apresentação de resultados ou treinamento de ferramentas de dados e análises de venda;
Suporte na segmentação de produtos das categorias que atuamos;
Suporte em estudos de categoria utilizando dados de mercado.
Requisitos:
Estudantes de Ciência da Computação, Engenharias, Economia, Administração, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas;
Formação mínima prevista para Dez/2027 - ultimos 2 anos de formação;
Estudar no período noturno;
Disponibilidade para estagiar das 9 às 16h horas na região da Vila Mariana - Zona Sul;
Excel Avançado (fórmulas básicas, gráficos, tabela dinâmica, procv);
Inglês intermediário;
linguagem SQL e Phyton ( ambos básico)

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
This position will contribute to the strategy and lead execution of commercial excellence efforts for Emea Latam Region, improving sales analytics to support the go-to market, fact-based approach we are seeking. This role also will be a critical driver of the sales analytics around goals, progress to objectives, and analytics for customer feedback. This position will provide support across all businesses, with key focus around channel segmentation/strategy, account planning, sales analytics around pricing and program effectiveness, sales training, and customer-facing execution, in collaboration with the business heads.
You will be responsible for development of sales reporting tools, and timely updates on key sales metrics, as well as the sales incentive plans. You will identify in collaboration with the business’s regional execution and identification of cross-business upskilling and integration of best practices, including standardization and KPIs.
Drive the EMEA & LATAM Commercial Excellence agenda through data, analytics, and tooling. Build a single source of truth, standard KPIs, and self-serve insights that improve pricing effectiveness, GTM execution, and sales productivity, partnering closely with Business Leads and Sales Leadership.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Contribute to Emea Latam commercial excellence initiatives, together with Commercial excellence lead and business leaders to build sales excellence capacity/capabilities, develop and execute channel/customer segmentation strategies, KAM planning, and go-to market approach, working in strong collaboration with business and customer engagement team, to achieve business objectives.
- Lead development and execution of sales reports to support the main objectives of the sales organization, including clarity of established goals and KPIs to track progress.
- Lead development of valuable and timely sales tools to help sales organization steer the business, track progress, to success, as well as provide an early warning system to business challenges.
- Develop tools and processes to ensure pricing excellence and improve program effectiveness.
- Support efforts to Strengthen Account Planning through tools to help Customer/Account Needs Assessment, Interaction Management, and Account Sales and Resource Planning
- Drive sales performance by determining, tracking, and measuring field force KPIs
- Track progress of go-to market pricing strategies and help develop potential improvements to go-to market (agency/title transfer) models.
- Provide the business with tools to facilitate a strengthened institutional knowledge of key customers, products, pricing, and competitive activities in all segments, and to track the same.
- Engage and align commercial organization, in collaboration with business leads, in digital strategies and new business models.
- Global impact and contribution as member of the global Customer Excellence Team.

- BBS/BA degree in business, analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic skills.
- Incumbent requires 3 years of applicable exp.

- Demonstrated problem solving skills are necessary to deal with volatile, rapidly changing market conditions.
