Multinacional Espanhola presente em mais de 20 países, especializada na prestação de serviços de engenharia automotiva. Atua no Brasil há mais de 10 anos e tem aproximadamente 250 profissionais atuando nacionalmente com serviços de desenvolvimento de produto para montadoras e autopeças.
Descrição do empregoResponsabilidades:
- Suporte ao Desenvolvimento de Projetos e de Advanced Design;
- Desenvolvimento de estratégias e propostas;
- Acompanhamento de modelos físicos e virtuais;
- Negociação com stakeholders internos e externos;
- Conhecimentos em modelagem 3D (Alias, Blender);
- Análise e acompanhamento de tryouts, pré-séries e veículos finais.
Experiência mínima de 10 anos na área como Designer Automotivo;
Experiência mínima de 6 meses em estúdios Internacionais Automotivos;
Experiência em liderança de times de projeto;
Experiência no acompanhamento de projeto completo, desde a conceituação, criação, acompanhamento de matemáticas C, B e A até a análise de superfícies e montagem;
Acompanhamento de montagem de protótipos.
FormaçãoGraduado em Design de Produto ou Automotivo;
Português Nativo ou Fluente;
Língua estrangeira (desejável): Inglês nível B2 ou superior;
Local: Betim - MG - Híbrido.

Your new role
- Design creative proposals for the communication and branding of local original content, ensuring proper alignment with content strategy.
- Manage the creative team (producers and designers) in developing 360-degree umbrella concepts aligned with each content’s strategy, ensuring effective translation into various graphic and audiovisual implementations.
- Ensure proper implementation of workflows to meet delivery deadlines, fostering synergies with service areas and stakeholders.
- Lead the team of producers and designers with a vision of development, growth, and continuous improvement, strengthening technical and creative capabilities.
- Build synergies with communication and production teams to ensure the proper development and delivery of communication assets.
Your role accountabilities:
- Research content in development and production by reading, viewing, and analyzing.
- Create effective presentations of the team’s creative proposals.
- Align with stakeholders: Operations, Production, Brand Strategy, Marketing, PR, and Social Media.
- Manage the creative team, assign projects, and set objectives for team growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English (advanced level)
- Knowledge of graphic and audiovisual production and post-production processes
- Knowledge of marketing and communication
