About EJam
At eJam, we scale innovative consumer brands through performance-driven digital marketing. Our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team plays a central role in this mission, running high-volume A/B tests across landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, offers, and retention funnels.

Every day, we optimize to drive higher conversions, stronger subscription take rates, and increased customer lifetime value (LTV).

We are seeking a CRO Analyst & Experiment Coordinator to analyze, validate, and report on our tests, ensuring every experiment produces accurate, reliable insights. This person will safeguard our testing process by preventing invalid test setups, spotting extra variables, and ensuring data integrity.

This is a critical role for someone who loves numbers, thrives on precision, and understands how small testing errors can cost a company significant revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting

  • Pull weekly reports on all active split tests across funnels and products
  • Analyze test performance against core CRO KPIs, including:

  • Landing Page CTR & CVR%

  • Checkout CVR%, AOV, Sub Take Rate%, Refund%
  • Offer metrics: Bundle %, Upsell/Downsell %, Subscription Correlation
  • Retention metrics: Retention %, Cancel Save %, Refund %

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide test decisions:

  • Scale winning variations across channels and SKUs

  • Iterate on underperforming tests with informed recommendations
  • Kill tests that show no potential for improvement

  • Maintain an organized testing dashboard in ClickUp and RedTrack

QA for Test Validity & Data Integrity
Note: Developers are responsible for ensuring the page functions technically.

This role is focused on test accuracy and clean data.

  • Validate each test before launch to confirm:

  • Only the intended variable is being tested (no hidden changes to layout, copy, or functionality)

  • Traffic is splitting correctly (e.g., 50/50, clean randomization)
  • Targeting and audience segments match test requirements
  • All tracking pixels, events, and reporting are accurate

  • Identify any extra variables or inconsistencies that could invalidate results, such as:

  • Different checkout flows between control and variant

  • Incorrect pricing logic or upsells being triggered unintentionally
  • Changes to load speed, scripts, or elements unrelated to the test

  • Serve as the final gatekeeper before a test goes live to ensure:

  • Results will be statistically valid

  • Data is clean and ready for analysis

Test Briefing & Setup Support

  • Write clear, detailed briefs for developers to build new tests and variations, including:

  • Landing pages, checkouts, and offer flows

  • Objectives and hypotheses for each experiment
  • Exact technical requirements and data tracking points

  • Collaborate with CRO function owners to translate testing ideas into precise technical builds

Experiment Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records for every test in ClickUp:

  • Active tests and their current stage

  • Winner/Loser summaries and data analysis
  • Next steps for scaling, iterating, or killing tests

  • Update the Proven Winners Library with:

  • Screenshots, KPI results, and documentation for top-performing tests

  • Ensure all tasks are tagged and named correctly (Function, SKU, Persona, Funnel Type)

*Forecasting & Impact Modeling *

  • Build forecasts for how upcoming experiments could impact key metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV, refund rates, retention).
  • Project potential revenue lift or loss under different scenarios (scaling winners, killing losers, extending test runs).
  • Provide forward-looking models to guide prioritization of CRO pipeline and resource allocation.
  • Partner with media buyers and function owners to align forecasts with traffic spend and scaling strategies.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with:

  • CRO Function Owners: Landing Pages, Checkout, Offers, Retention

  • Developers: To ensure technical builds align with test plans
  • Ops Specialist: To maintain an accurate and clean testing pipeline
  • Media Buying Team: To ensure winning tests are scaled efficiently and they are aware of all tests
  • Present reports, forecasts, and findings during weekly CRO meetings.

Present reports and findings during weekly CRO meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, QA for testing, or digital marketing operations
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (AI, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of statistical validity and test design
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Preferred:

  • Experience in analytics tools (e.g, Google Looker Studio) and subscription business models
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to effectively communicate with developers.

Prior experience writing test briefs or providing QA for A/B tests.

Key Attributes for Success

  • Detail-Obsessed: You catch inconsistencies others miss
  • Data Integrity Mindset: You care deeply about clean, reliable results
  • Critical Thinker: You know when data doesn't add up and why
  • Proactive: You prevent problems instead of reacting to them after launch
  • Clear Communicator: You simplify complex data for decision-making.

Why This Role Matters
A single invalid test can cost thousands of dollars in wasted ad spend and lost insights.

This role ensures:

  • Tests are clean, valid, and reliable
  • Data being reported is trustworthy

CRO leaders can make confident, informed decisions about scaling or killing tests.

Benefits

  • Work at the center of a data-driven growth engine optimizing millions in ad spend
  • Collaborate with high-performing teams across Latin America, Europe, and the U.S
  • Gain exposure to advanced CRO tools, AI-driven workflows, and cutting-edge test design
  • Fully remote position with competitive pay and growth potential
