We are seeking a versatile and proactive Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our content strategy. You will be responsible for the management and creation of content to multi-channel distribution. You'll work directly with our Director of GTM and technical experts to translate complex ideas into engaging, high-impact content.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong social media literacy, and an eye for design. You will play a crucial role in building our brand authority and driving lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Assist with the production of our popular Q&A series, including sourcing prominent industry guests,scheduling posting, and transforming transcripts into compelling blog posts.
  • Help write top-of-funnel blog posts and other content that addresses the pain points of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and engineers in our target industries.
  • Utilize AI tools like Google's NotebookLM and other generative AI effectively to streamline content production.

Content Amplification & Distribution

  • Manage our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter, posting content natively and engaging with our target audience.
  • Repurpose long-form content (Q&A series, blogs) into short-form assets, including social media snippets, video clips, and audio recaps.
  • Design and brand high-value content assets.
  • Own and manage our content calendar.

Guest & Influencer Outreach: Identify and track key influencers in the industry.

Design & Visuals: Create visually appealing social media graphics, carousels, and other branded visuals using design tools like Figma to elevate our content

Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all content initiatives, providing regular reports on content performance, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B and technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage a content calendar and execute a multi-channel content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, as B2B marketing tools.
  • Experience with or a strong willingness to learn design software like Figma.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Some level of technical knowledge from a technical field such as generative AI, robotics, engineering or other technical field. .
  • Proven experience using AI tools for content creation and a strong willingness to experiment with new AI tools and workflows.
  • A curious mindset with a natural interest for the AI and robotics industries.

Responsabilidades:

Liderança estratégica

  • Liderar e desenvolver um time multidisciplinar de conteúdo (social media, influenciadores e creators) com foco em crescimento sustentável;
  • Definir a visão editorial multicanal (YouTube, redes sociais,blog, newsletter) alinhada ao posicionamento global da marca e orquestrar a estratégia “always-on” e campanhas hero;
  • Gerenciar o orçamento anual de conteúdo, alinhando-o às prioridades globais e necessidades locais;
  • Documentar e apresentar estratégias e resultados para stakeholders internos.

Produção e operação de conteúdo

  • Criar calendário trimestral de campanhas de conteúdo (vídeos, lançamentos, lives, webinars, eventos da comunidade) em 4 canais do Youtube, 2 perfis nas redes sociais e 2 websites;
  • Conduzir estudo de palavras-chave, clusters e link-building para ranquear termos-core e otimizar todos os materiais para SEO, garantindo alinhamento com a intenção da audiência;
  • Alavancar ferramentas de IA (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini e outras) para acelerar produção, personalização e eficiência;
  • Supervisionar o fluxo de pós-produção, assegurando publicações de alta qualidade dentro dos prazos;
  • Monitorar métricas de comunidade (views, ER, comentários) e otimizar formatos (Reels, Shorts, carrossel).

Gestão de desenvolvimento de SME's - subject matter experts.

  • Mapear, negociar e ativar creators (LATAM, EUA, EMEA) para unboxings, lives, drops de STL e eventos;
  • Engajar a comunidade (makers, creators e influencers), expandindo o ecossistema de conteúdo e promovendo UGC;
  • Gerenciar o programa de afiliados com métricas claras de CPL e CAC.

Requisitos:

  • 6+ anos em marketing; 3+ anos liderando times de conteúdo/social;

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Airswift’s Central Marketing Team as our Content Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who loves transforming complex topics into engaging, well-researched content that informs and inspires.
You’ll work across long-form articles, thought leadership pieces, and research-led content, helping position Airswift as a trusted voice in workforce solutions and recruitment for STEM industries.
We’re looking for a versatile, creative writer with a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset. Someone who can take data, trends, and technical insights and turn them into compelling narratives for HR professionals, business leaders, and STEM professionals around the world.

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Develop high-quality, SEO-aligned content focused on recruitment, global workforce solutions, HR strategy, career advice, and STEM sector trends
  • Plan and execute inbound content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen Airswift’s reputation as a thought leader in the staffing and workforce solutions space
  • Research and write long-form content such as blogs, white papers, guides, and reports for a B2B and executive-level audience
  • Support marketing campaigns with relevant written assets, including email copy, social media posts, and landing pages
  • Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured, audience-specific, and aligned with brand tone and messaging
  • Use analytics tools to review performance, identify trends, and refine content strategies based on data
  • Contribute to regular content planning, idea generation, and gap analysis to support business objectives
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience, including at least two (2) years in a content writing or copywriting role and/or
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university level degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent command of English writing, editing, and storytelling, and can adapt tone for technical, professional, and executive audiences (Even better if you can show us a portfolio of your past and recent work!)
  • Proven ability to research complex topics (e.g. recruitment compliance, HR regulations, talent trends) and translate them into clear, engaging content
  • Interested in workforce dynamics, HR, recruitment strategies, and challenges affecting the global STEM talent market
  • Comfortable working with SEO and content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar)
  • Experienced with content planning and inbound marketing strategies
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Prioritise managing multiple tasks concurrently and can meet time-sensitive deadlines during peak business periods
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating simple supporting visuals

About the position

As a Content Marketing Manager at Azion, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content that communicates the value of our platform to the market. You will own and maintain the content for Azions website, including product pages, ensuring our positioning is clear and compelling. In the fast moving cryptocurrency industry, content is key to education and adoption. Bitfinex stands as one of the oldest crypto platforms in a highly innovative environment. As an institutional and professional exchange with large and more sophisticated investors, the Content Marketing Manager must be able to speak their language, and write on topics, markets, new initiatives and developments in the style that reflects the Bitfinex brand and the mindset of our customers.

Climate change is one of the defining issues of our time – impacting our health, our safety, and our livelihoods now and for generations to come. Despite growing awareness and increased public mobilization on this issue, we are not yet on track to contain this threat. But we can be. Humanity has the solutions and the pathways to end this crisis, and collectively we can make this decade be the one for climate action.

The Marketing and Communications team at ClimateWorks Foundation has a key role to play in building awareness, generating funder interest, and promoting philanthropic collaborations that can help end the climate crisis. We’re a quickly growing team of 14, working to expand the organization’s impact, outreach, and engagement to funders, partners, and grantees globally.

Job Summary

We are looking for an executive assistant to perform a variety of administrative functions in support of our team. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars and meetings, supporting contract processing, assisting with expense management, and making travel arrangements. With rapid growth in our communications activities, we’ll look to the executive assistant to contribute to a variety of communications projects and assist with project management. You will be an essential part of our team’s work to establish ClimateWorks as a leading global partner to philanthropy for driving big outcomes on climate. To be successful in this role, you will be well-organized, self-directed, have great time management skills, and strong follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the senior director’s calendar, handle business communications, provide support services and help prioritize demands on her time. Recommend appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Manage expense reporting, including receipt gathering, monthly expense report filing, and online approvals for department expenses.
  • Help with budget preparation and management, including quarterly reporting and ensuring costs are appropriately tagged and allocated within accounting systems.
  • Schedule cross-team/cross-org meetings with both internal and external attendees.
  • Support team meetings: help build agendas, distribute background information, and take and distribute notes as needed.
  • Provide logistics support for in-office and hybrid events and meetings, such as quarterly team retreats and cross-team meetings, which may include preparing materials, ordering meals, assisting with conference room AV, and helping manage hybrid/remote participation.
  • Assist with the vendor contracting process: working with our team, vendors, and the CWF contracts team to establish and renew contracts in a timely manner.
  • Work with the CWF accounts payables team on vendor invoices and payments as needed.
  • In coordination with CWF travel agent, assist team with travel arrangements: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and any needed logistics. Provide travel documents as needed.
  • Maintain the department calendar to avoid conflicts in scheduling of events and workstreams.
Communications Support
  • Work with corporate communications team to develop the monthly updates of communications activities across ClimateWorks.
  • Help produce outbound emails, including newsletters and other content promotion, using Pardot email automation software.
  • Provide project assistance to marketing and communications team members. Review communications, presentations and documents for accuracy, completeness, format, and grammar as needed.

ClimateWorks Foundation is based in the San Francisco Financial District. This position is classified as US Flexible. Exceptional candidates can work from the SF office or from other locations, geographic differential applied to compensation based on local cost of labor.

Requirements Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative work experience with 2+ years in a senior administrative/executive assistant role.
  • Previous experience maintaining complex calendars and coordinating meetings/events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Google (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Ability to judge the relative importance of issues and act independently to address them, applying the appropriate level of urgency, and drive to achieve results.
  • Keeping calm under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple and sometimes competing tasks.
  • Handling sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Desire to learn new skills and tools, and eagerness to take on new areas of responsibility.
  • Working effectively and efficiently (both virtually and in-person) with minimal supervision.
