- Desenvolver scripts, fluxos de trabalho, formulários e relatórios personalizados.
- Realizar testes e validações das entregas, garantindo qualidade e aderência aos requisitos.
- Suportar a equipe na resolução de problemas técnicos e na implementação de melhorias contínuas.
- Documentar as configurações, scripts e customizações desenvolvidas.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multifuncionais para garantir o sucesso dos projetos.
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprovada em implementações e desenvolvimento na plataforma ServiceNow.
- Certificação ServiceNow (CSA, CAD ou CIS) é altamente desejável.
- Experiência com módulos como ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM ou HRSD.
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado (leitura técnica e comunicação).

Role Overview:
As a Technical Consultant in the Skyhigh Customer Value team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions. You will guide customers through their product adoption journey, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and continuous optimization. This role will develop deep relationships with our largest customers and complete the technical onboarding process for our smaller customers. By leveraging your technical expertise and customer-centric approach, you will drive operational success, best-practice adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.

As a Technical Consultant in the Skyhigh Customer Value team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions. You will guide customers through their product adoption journey, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and continuous optimization. This role will develop deep relationships with our largest customers and complete the technical onboarding process for our smaller customers. By leveraging your technical expertise and customer-centric approach, you will drive operational success, best-practice adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.
In this role:
Technical Consultants directly guide our customers throughout their product adoption journey, ensuring they achieve their security and network transformation goals.
- Deployment and Execution
- Implement SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and other SSE security solutions based on the Solution Architect’s design.
- Configure security policies, user access controls, and enterprise integrations.
- Perform policy migration and optimization to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct pilot testing, UAT, and final production rollout.
- Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams to effectively manage the product.
- Customer Engagement & Support
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues.
- Lead best practice workshops and enablement sessions to upskill customer teams.
- Provide continuous education and coaching to customers on existing and new features to ensure they maximize the value of the solution.
- Provide context and help to the Support team to ensure that service requests are addressed and effectively communicated to the customer.
- Manage and escalate customer concerns internally when necessary.
- Customer Adoption & Expansion
- Act as the technical point of contact post-deployment, ensuring customers fully adopt, optimize, and expand their SSE solution.
- Monitor solution performance, adoption and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Participate in business reviews and conduct technical health checks to track progress and address gaps.
- Identify opportunities for expansion by assessing additional use cases, security needs, and feature adoption.
- Assist with change management and internal advocacy within customer teams to drive long-term adoption.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager, Sales, and Product teams to align solutions with customer objectives.
- Documentation, Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement
- Document deployment procedures, configuration settings, and optimization strategies.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base for Professional Services and TAM best practices.

Job Responsibilities & DutiesTo be successful in this role you will require a combination of high technical expertise, troubleshooting skills and client management skills to conduct on-site and off-site consulting, product implementation and technical problem-solving. In this position you will work directly with engineers: our own staff, our partners, and our customers.
Product and technical knowledge:
- Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform, be able to deliver a superb technical pitch, including an overview of our key and advanced features and benefits, services offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning.
- Constantly learn new things and maintain an overview of modern technologies.
- Be able to address a majority of technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and general features/functionality of our product.
- Capable of building and/or leading the development of custom deployments based on and beyond client’s requirements.
- Provide timely, prioritized, and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding client’s business cases, requirements, and issues.
Presentation and organizational skills:
- Engage clients in the product architecture, configuration, and use of the Denodo Platform.
- Know when and where to escalate within the Denodo technical organization and make effective use of those resources.
- Promote knowledge and best practices while managing deliverables and client expectations.
- Manage client expectations, establish credibility at all levels within the client, and build problem-solving partnerships with the client, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide technical consulting and support.
- Develop white papers, presentations, training materials, or documentation on related topics.
Information Security Responsibilities:
- Knows and understands the Security Policy and procedures that apply to their work.
- Ensures that their actions do not result in any security breaches.
- Informs the owner of the asset of any security incident, real or suspected, that it detects.
- Is aware of and committed to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Required Skills:
- Experience Range: 3-15 years (new graduates must be top-ranked and exceptionally qualified).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish will be a plus.
- University Degree relating to information systems or computer science (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts.
- Solid understanding of SQL and good grasp of relational and analytical database management theory and practice.
- Good knowledge of modern technologies such as JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs.

- Experience working with container and orchestration tools (Docker and Kubernetes).
- Experience working with caching approaches and technologies.
- Experience in Windows & Linux (and UNIX) operating systems in server environments.
- Business software implementation and integration projects (e.g. ETL/Data Warehouse architectures, CEP, BPM).
- Integration with packaged applications (e.g. relational databases, SAP, Siebel, Oracle Financials, Business Intelligence tools,…).
- Industry experience in supporting mission-critical software components.
- Experience in attending customer meetings and writing technical documentation.
- Foreign language skills are a strong plus: Spanish, French, German.
