Required Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
· 8+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
· Experience in Pre- _sales_ , _Sales_ and creating documents like RFPs, RFIs and SOWs
· Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
· Effective communication and presentation skills
· Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Familiarity with project management methodologies
· Experience designing and delivering training programs
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG

Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Atuar como ponte entre o Transformation Office e Business Analysis, integrando análises de dados à estratégia de transformação da companhia.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Apoiar na execução e padronização de rituais da empresa, garantindo a comunicação entre os times de produto, engenharia e alta liderança;
- Monitorar métricas-chave de produtos, funis e operações, identificando variações e oportunidades de melhoria em conjunto com o time de análise de negócios;
- Estruturar análises complexas e conduzir diagnósticos quantitativos e qualitativos, transformando dados que suportem decisões de planejamento e estratégia da empresa;
- Contribuir para o roadmap de produto, conduzindo projetos de produto e visão de negócios em diferentes horizontes (curto, médio e longo prazo);
- Atuar em colaboração com áreas de Produto, Operações, CX e Tecnologia, garantindo alinhamento e velocidade na execução;
- Apoiar no acompanhamento dos resultados e orçamentos da companhia e preparar materiais executivos e reports para diretoria e stakeholders.
Requisitos e qualificações
É imprescindível que você tenha:
- Experiência em construção de indicadores, acompanhamento de funil e análise de impacto de iniciativas;
- Capacidade de comunicação clara e síntese, com experiência em preparação de apresentações executivas;
- Perfil colaborativo, com facilidade para transitar entre times multifuncionais;
- Alta capacidade analítica e habilidade em manipulação de dados (SQL, Excel/Sheets avançado, ferramentas de BI como Looker, Tableau, Power BI;
