About The Role
The Cluster Project Execution Director coordinates project engineers and manages the technical team of internal and external people in the execution of multiple large scale and complex projects in the LATAM region and Americas Sweets. The role will manage a portfolio of projects in the cluster per year, each with a budget of more than 500K CHF. The internal key stakeholders to collaborate with are manufacturing cluster and plant managers, Global Engineering & Technical Innovation, Sourcing, Food Safety/ Quality and SHE functions.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible to set up the team and resources (internal and external) for the project in a multinational environment. Manages a dedicated team, together with people of the global engineering pool (including GBS locations) in coordination with the other cluster leads (exchange of resources) with a view on a balanced resource plan. Build a close project team of highly qualified experts and specialists and stimulate collaboration between teams to ensure that a well-functioning global engineering department is in place.
  • Take functional leadership over project execution and resourcing in the sites in LATAM and Americas' Sweets and Speciality.
  • Make sure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with international and Barry Callebaut standards, food/ people safety requirements and processes. Projects in scope contain a variety of competences: general technical project management, civil, process, mechanical, energy, automation and digital.
  • Responsible for Implementation of BC's Engineering staged-gate process and Initiative Management Pillar in the cluster.
  • Design, communicate, and implement an operational/ executional plan for initiating complex and multiple projects; find solutions for operational problems, minimize delays.
  • Support Masterplan designs and asset development of production sites within cluster.
  • Oversees, manages and co-manages all capex investments from start to finish. Responsible for all technical functions in the field of expertise to execute the project.
  • End responsible and escalation point for coordination with manufacturing operation people during preparation and implementation of the project. Hand over the projects to the end customer (BC manufacturing) for the technical scope and support the global process off excellence team for the process hand over.
  • Interacts with finance stakeholders to monitor and manage budget process, project cash out, finance reporting and tracking.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the execution team with COE to define project needs and make sure standards are implemented by active auditing. Driver of continuous improvement of standards based on lessons learned during execution.
  • In collaboration with the COE teams, lead and drive cross functional alignment of Specs/ User Requirements and Design Reviews for Capex project in his/her cluster. Collaborate with global food safety/ quality and global SHE - responsible to make sure the execution complies with the respective BC standards.
  • Support collaboration with technical sourcing for purchasing equipment and services to make sure that the right suppliers are executing the project.
  • Ensure that the team is well informed about the evolutions and developments related to Engineering and that the knowledge of the team is up to date with standards and regulations.

Scope / Additional Considerations

  • LATAM Regional execution, hence all Barry Callebaut factories in the region: chocolate (liquid & molded), 5-10 Barry Callebaut sites in scope.
  • Americas Sweets & Specialty execution, hence including factories in LATAM, US and Canada, including Dunmore Masterplan and NAM strategic Sweets & Specialty network execution plan, another 1-3 sites in scope.
  • Americas Cocoa, hence factories in LATAM and NAM, including Dunmore Masterplan and NAM strategic Sweets & Speciality network execution plan, another 1-3 sites in scope.
  • Travel requirements: % depending on the needs and the open projects. High flexibility is expected.
  • Others: relation building and contacts with suppliers and colleagues over different regions expect high availability / flexibility (time zones).
  • Home office or @ BC site.
  • Familiar with working in an international, matrix organization.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Solid experience in an engineering environment, food process or CP/ FMCG industry.
  • Experience in managing different technical departments.
  • Back in process automation, utilities/ infrastructure and civil/ construction
  • Team leadership and development experience.
  • Technical skills to understand and develop all core processes.
  • Accounting & budgeting skills (business case, feasibility studies).
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite, SAP and engineering software.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • English - advanced level.
  • Portuguese and Spanish will be essential.

The aftermarket engineer spare parts is the initial technical resource for handling inquiries from an international client base, for spare parts for customized engineered products packages. The aftermarket engineer is responsible for providing quotations for the required parts to the client and following up proactively to secure the business for the company. Principal Accountabilities

Position Summary

Context:

IOM Brazil Country Office (CO) works closely with the Federal Government and partners to support migrants and host communities across Brazil. The office contributes to national and local efforts to ensure migration is well-managed and benefits all, with a focus on protecting vulnerable populations and promoting their rights in Brazil.

IOM Brazil Programme Unit is responsible for programmatic design and implementation in areas such as migration governance, humanitarian assistance, public policies strengthening to guarantee rights to people on the move, counter human trafficking and smuggling of migrants, and support to the Federal Government in organizing humanitarian emergency responses.

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in Brazil and the direct supervision of the Programme Officer, the incumbent will provide technical and operational support in advancing IOM Brazil's partnerships portfolio with government counterparts at the federal and national levels. This includes assisting in the development and enhancement of migrant-sensitive policies and programs, and in adapting service delivery models to ensure equitable access to basic services. The incumbent will also play a key role in supporting the design and effective implementation of engagement activities with UN agencies and civil society organizations, which are strategic partners within IOM Brazil's programmatic framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technically and operationally support the Programme Officer in the day-to-day management of the Programmes Unit, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and donor requirements.

  • In close coordination with the CoM and the Programme Officer, liaise with UN, national authorities and other in country coordination mechanisms on specific issues of concern regarding migrant populations in Brazil.

  • Organize and attend regular coordination meetings at national and sub national levels with operational partners, national authorities, UNCT members and Donors as required, to facilitate IOM´s coherent and coordinated operational engagement in major humanitarian responses in Brazil.

  • Conduct coordination functions of the inter-agency R4V national platform, ensuring good communication between national and regional sectors and working groups through regular contacts.

  • In close coordination with the UNHCR team, monitor planning and the implementation of the RMRP in Brazil, maintaining close contact with national and regional sectors and working groups.

  • Provide information and design capacity building actions to strengthen and develop the capacity of the national authorities and civil society to manage and respond to flows of migrants.

  • Support the design, planning, and implementation of projects, including drafting work plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor projects´ progress and flag operational challenges, proposing timely solutions to the Programme Officer.

  • Facilitate coordination between internal units (e.g., Resource Management, Communications, M&E) and external partners, including UN Agencies, humanitarian organizations, government and community interlocutors.

  • Elaborate and compile programme updates/briefs for donors, government and other relevant stakeholders, by ensuring compliance with key institutional policies and standards.

  • Participate and engage actively at relevant donor or partner meetings, briefings and conferences at the international, regional and national levels, as delegated by the Programme Officer.

  • Support the organization of interagency consultations, workshops, and field visits.

  • Draft inputs for donor reports, briefing notes, and visibility materials, in coordination with the Programme Officer.

  • Document lessons learned and good practices to inform future programming.

  • Maintain updated records of project documentation and knowledge products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Master's degree in International Relations, Law, Public Policy or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

Work collaboratively across all levels and departments of the organization and ensure a seamless transition of work activities to execute operations functions.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute NACS PMO standards, processes and methodologies in a consistent manner for project coordination activities.
  • Maintain project specific documentation and records involving multiple contributing teams.
  • Coordinate projects and events and maintain communication with all parties involved.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, project teams, management and vendors to collect project related information to keep accurate, up-to-date project records.
  • Analyze project data, including analysis of budget, resource utilization and project delivery performance.
  • Prepare a variety of periodic and ad hoc reports for PMO and operations management and distribute project related data and documentation as appropriate including budget data, project status reports, vendor information, requirements documents, policies and procedures documents.
  • Prepare meeting agenda and presentations for communication of project information to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project work schedules and supporting change control documentation.
  • Act as liaison and primary point of contact for various contributing parties.
  • Contribute to project specific tasks such as requirements gathering and testing as required.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships within NACS operations and across all levels and departments of the organization to execute project coordination activities and company priorities.
  • Achieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years Project Coordination experience within the technology services industry.
  • Knowledge of project management and technical documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of standardized project management methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while ensuring overall quality of delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills including requirements documentation, troubleshooting and creative problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships between project teams, stakeholders, management and vendors.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP, , workforce management and cloud based technology systems.

The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for conducting all testing activities under the ETEC# R&D project, focused on the development and delivery of a chemical product designed to enhance water injectivity in oil reservoirs.

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
  • Subject Matter Expert for their area of support
  • Support the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical papers)
  • 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed
  • Share the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database
  • Follow up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field
  • Raise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job
  • Coach other technical resources in their area of expertise
  • Communicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
  • PL specific responsibilities
  • Handles special projects as required.
  • Supervise R&D Project
  • Prepare and present all the information for Gate Meetings
  • Supervise the lab testing and review result
  • Communicate and review the results with the SME in USA
  • Make meeting with Petrobras to review the project
  • Get all the document and support to refund the cost

**The role**
We are seeking a **Senior Project Coordinator** to join our **Global Clinical Supplies** Team. This role can be fully homebased.
**A day in the life**
Provides administrative and technical support to our Global Clinical Supplies Project Team including planning, organizing and coordinating responsibilities of project administration. Maintains procedures, guidelines and documentation. Assists with maintaining project records and ensuring that all regulatory documents are correct, processed and approved. Completes data entry and supports maintenance of data base repositories. Assists in preparing reports and data collection for analysis. Supports quality review.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Assists with review, coordination and compilation of files and other materials.
+ Distributes project documents and supplies.
+ Processes and tracks local regulatory, study specific or department documents. Maintains trackers.
+ Performs file reviews. Organizes and maintains correspondence files and other departmental records.
+ Analyzes and reconciles project documents, metrics and findings reports within specified timelines.
+ Assists with clarification and resolution of findings related to documentation.
+ Composes, uploads, and distributes communications, reports, documents and forms.
+ Provides accesses to company, client and vendor systems.
+ Assists on project management ad-hoc activities, producing reports or on study
+ plan edition.
+ Coordinates and schedules team calls
**Keys to success:**
**Education and experience:**
+ High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
+ Technical positions may require a certificate
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Ideally experience in Clinical trials
+ Ideally experience with Clinical Supply chain
+ Strong English and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
+ Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making skills
+ Effective leadership and team building skills
+ Strong solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work in team environment, as well as work independently with guidance
