We are looking for Project Managers with:

• At least 2 year of experience as a dedicated Project Manager
  managing creative teams, deadlines, and client deliverables. If you've never held the title or owned the responsibility of Project Manager, this role is not for you.
• Prior experience working inside a creative or marketing agency
   such as video editing studios, content creation teams, design agencies, PR firms, or digital marketing companies. You must be familiar with fast-paced agency environments, juggling multiple clients or accounts, and owning post-production timelines.
• Prior experience with video delivery
• A proven track record of managing creative workflows and communicating clearly with internal teams and external clients.
• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) you must be fully bilingual to support both clients and team members effectively.

• Be the primary point of contact for our client accounts understand their vision, set expectations, and keep the vibe strong
• Collaborate with editors and creative leads to ensure every project hits deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines
• Provide thoughtful feedback and creative direction when needed
• Proactively manage timelines, priorities, and resource allocation
• Troubleshoot roadblocks like a pro and keep things moving forward
• Own the post-production pipeline across multiple accounts and deliverables

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years
  of experience as a 
  Project Manager
   in video post-production or marketing agencies
  (this is non-negotiable)
• Prior agency background
  in marketing, design, PR, or video/content production
  (this is non-negotiable)
• Fluent in 
  English and Spanish
  (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience managing creative projects, workflows, and timelines for multiple accounts
• Skilled with tools like 
  ClickUp, SPP, Slack, and Loom
