General Description:
We are adding a Business Analyst to our team to work closely with our clients. We are searching for someone who has experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs/strategy. This position involves mockup design, consulting, as well as developing an understanding of our clients strategic direction, project goals, and open issues.
The successful candidate must be able to bridge the gap between business goals, user functionality and system architecture, and document those business requirements to be the "source of truth" for any specific area of functionality. Throughout the project, the BA is responsible to maintain accuracy of their documentation, refine requirements, and communicate with the project teams on changes/clarifications.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members.
To be successful you need:
- 3+ years experience as a BA, working with external clients and internal teams: Designers, Developers, QA, Product, UX/UI, Architects, and Program Management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree required with a major in Computer Science, Business or Interactive Multimedia, or similar degree is PREFERRED
- Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, use cases, data flows, and process flows. Including custom reports and dashboards for leadership
- Superior listening skills required, to have meaningful conversations with clients and internal team.
- Understand why feedback is important and must be able to find the root cause of concern.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile Methodology

The Opportunity

Job Summary:
Business Analysts implement business system solutions according to the customer's needs and requirements. Responsible for the setup, configuration, integration, and data validation of the system. Conduct testing scenarios, and end-user training, and provide customer support. - Work with clients to gather system requirements and produce detailed requirements and functional specification documents to solve moderately complex problems within information systems.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end business analysis. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate requirement discovery, and ensure that business needs are translated into high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pre-sales activities and the ability to contribute directly to client delivery projects. What You'll Do- Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring strategic and operational alignment
- Collect, analyze, and document requirements related to fund processing, trade lifecycle, settlement, NAV calculation, reconciliations, and corporate actions
- Support the design, implementation, and control of high-value, critical projects by developing management and monitoring plans that ensure deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met
- Manage multiple projects, promoting transparency, risk control, and deviation mitigation
- Ensure compliance with quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and guarantee excellence in project delivery
- Monitor delivery progress, identify obstacles, and propose corrective actions to ensure all commitments are met
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, aligning expectations and fostering transparent collaboration
- Apply established governance frameworks to ensure informed decision-making, change control, and regulatory compliance
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepare test cases, execute test cycles, and validate results with end users
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Over 6 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on fund processing, asset management, or custody services
- Proven experience managing critical, high-value projects, with expertise in methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum
- Solid knowledge of the trade lifecycle, NAV calculation, custody processes, reconciliation, corporate actions, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, managing system integrations (APIs, data flows, batch processing)
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for validations and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of TOTVS/Dimensa SAC, JCOT, and regulatory reporting frameworks is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
