About The Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Call Center Agents to join a remote customer service team. Agents will handle inbound and outbound calls related to appliance repair services. The key responsibility is to ensure that all relevant customer calls are converted into scheduled service appointments with their technicians. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collect full customer details (name, phone, address, appliance type, issue).
  • Clearly explain the service process and secure appointment bookings.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Overcome objections and ensure customers feel confident in booking service.
  • Accurately enter call details into the CRM (ServiceFusion or similar).
  • Maintain strong individual and team conversion rates.
  • Ensure system readiness before each shift (internet, headset, CRM access).

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (5 working days, 2 days off).
  • 8-hour shifts, flexible scheduling (may include weekends).
  • The weekly schedule is published 3 days in advance.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center.
  • Proven ability to convert calls into scheduled appointments.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Professional phone voice, excellent listening and objection-handling.
  • Reliable home office setup: stable high-speed internet, noise-free environment, quality headset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed Base Salary: $1,000 USD per month (guaranteed for full-time 40 hours/week).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $00 USD per month, based on KPIs such as:
    • Conversion rate of customer calls to booked appointments.
    • Accuracy and completeness of data entry in CRM.
    • Team performance and contribution to overall booking goals.
  • Total Monthly Compensation: Up to 1,200 USD.
  • All vacation, holiday, and sick leave policies are managed directly by the agency.

Position: Call Center Agent
Reports to: Call Center Manager
Purpose: Service Center agents are responsible for accurately coordinating, scheduling, and completing registration for ambulatory outpatient visits. Responsibilities include collecting demographic and insurance information, as well as clinical details related to scheduling. Representatives will explain patient preparation requirements and coordinate with clinics regarding protocols and scheduling modifications. They may also handle non-scheduling inquiries or transfer patients to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions
  • Prompt and regular attendance at the office.
  • Communicate daily with the Call Center Manager.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers courteously.
  • Coordinate and schedule outpatient visits accurately for assigned locations or care types.
  • Manage appointment reminders, make outbound pre-visit calls, and reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.
  • Collect and record minimum data set accurately in EHR, verify insurance, and communicate patient liabilities.

  • Answer patient questions and direct callers to appropriate team members for further assistance.

Location: Latin America & the Philippines - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Turn incoming calls and online leads into confirmed self-storage rentals
  • Guide customers through unit options and pricing, matching needs with solutions
  • Upsell when appropriate to boost revenue and occupancy
  • Handle move-out calls with empathy—aiming to retain customers through tailored rebuttals
  • Log customer interactions in the CRM with accuracy and timeliness
  • Hit key performance targets: conversions, follow-ups, and call volumes
  • Collaborate in team huddles and training sessions to stay sharp
  • Provide top-tier, on-brand customer service every time
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
  • 1+ year in sales or a call center (bonus points if you’ve done both)
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with strong listening skills
  • Goal-driven with a competitive edge and drive to exceed quotas
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, call software, and everyday tech (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Quick on your feet—adaptable, coachable, and ready to problem-solve
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly navigate multiple platforms throughout the day, including while handling live calls.
  • Must be available to work within US time zones.
  • An internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
