• Collect, process and analyze data related to commercial performance (sales, proposals, churn, average ticket, opportunities, among others).
• Develop and maintain business performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Create executive presentations with analysis, insights, and recommendations for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Identify market patterns, trends, and opportunities based on internal and external data.
• Support the sales team in monitoring goals, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used for decision-making.
• Contribute to the governance of commercial information and processes in the area.
• Interact with areas such as Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technology to support strategic initiatives.

• Previous experience in Business Intelligence, BI or Data Analysis focused on sales.
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI (desirable).
• Analytical capacity and strategic vision applied to the business.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Organization, attention to detail and focus on results.

• Build, maintain and administer Looker as the primary BI tool and be the driving force behind the adoption and effective use of Looker within every team
• Investigate, improve and optimize query performance for improved user experience.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to design and adopt processes that elevate data integrity and facilitate self-help analytics and proper data governance
• Build and lead impactful and KPI-centric relationships with cross-functional team members
• Help create and maintain coding standards (style guides, etc.) and perform code reviews for other BI developers or technical analysts

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical knowledge and experience
• At least 3 years + of experience developing within Looker
• Excellent SQL skills and advanced proficiency in LookML
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Experience working on projects from feature definition to project deployment through the development lifecycle
• Experience informing and assisting peers and other business stakeholders on various business initiatives
