The primary responsibility of the Data Governance Data Lead at Humana Military is to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) best practices, initially focusing on provider and beneficiary data with the expectation that additional data domains may be included as organizational needs evolve. A significant aspect of the role is to provide comprehensive data management support to the data science team, including tasks related to SQL, data transformations, and data movement to enable reliable analytics and data-driven initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with modern data engineering, including automation of data pipelines (utilizing tools such as Python and SQL), development of end-to-end automated solutions with traceability and monitoring, and experience working in both cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises (Windows) environments. The position will collaborate closely with data scientists and apply expertise to healthcare data, real-time data pipelines, and innovative technologies such as GenAI and Python-based UI applications. Additionally, the position is responsible for advancing data quality and promoting process automation, ensuring that essential data assets are accurate, consistent, and efficiently maintained to support operational excellence and scalability. Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of master data management (MDM) and reference data management (RDM) initiatives as the primary responsibility, while also contributing to the development, implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of the organization’s data governance framework.
  • Provide data management support to the Data Science team, including data preparation, integration, and quality management, and enablement of robust analytics and scalable data operations. Collaborate with data scientists to develop and optimize automated, end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring traceability, monitoring, and automation throughout the data lifecycle, using tools such as Python and SQL.
  • Drive initiatives to monitor, assess, and remediate data quality issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Develop automated solutions and leverage real-time data streaming technologies where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT and business units, to identify enterprise data requirements and implement scalable, data-driven solutions. Utilize both cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises (Windows) platforms. Apply best practices for healthcare data, support real-time data processing, and contribute to the development of GenAI and UI applications.
  • Promote a culture of data stewardship, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. Citizenship
  • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
  • HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract.We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in MDM/RDM, data governance, or data management roles
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare/provider data, business, or financial services – with data management or data governance
  • Strong knowledge of data governance policies, metadata management, and compliance
  • Experience developing components using Python, and SQL, for data pipeline automation (storage, processing, retrieval)
  • Experience building fully automated, end-to-end data pipeline solutions with traceability and monitoring
  • Experience working within cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) as well as on-prem environments (Windows)
  • Hands-on experience with data integration, ETL, and data pipeline automation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience building GenAI applications
  • Experience with real-time data and streaming tools (e.g., Kafka)
  • Experience building UI applications using Python libraries (e.g., Dash, Streamlit)
Work at Home Requirements
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. About This Opportunity

As a Data Management Coordinator you play a vital role in ensuring that data is accurate and updated in our Master Data Management Systems. This position ensures timely and accurate updates of existing locations by insuring that they have valid addresses and other required master data information in the Master Data Management (MDM) system, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within the organization.

Responsibilities

Process all incoming assignments within the standard 2 business days

  • Primary responsibility will be Location Maintenance in MDM to include but not limited to the following:
  • New Location Setups
  • Update Info to existing Locations
  • Location Name Changes
  • Location & Merchant Moves
  • Location Closures
  • Merchant Inactivation
  • Location Special Projects as assigned by the Manager
  • Track new location address adds in MDM for reporting purposes and any other metric information as needed
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management for collection, review, update, and entry of master data information in MDM
  • Will support and work with the Contract Admin team and the FDT (Finance Data Team) team as it relates to data entry and updates and any other special duties as assigned by the Manager of the Data Administration Team (DAT)
Qualifications
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets and other related functions; must have experience using V-LOOKUP and other report comparison functions
  • Must be able to learn new skills and applications quickly
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and work well with others
  • Must be able to stay focused on project related tasks that are repetitive
  • Must be able to type at least 50+ wpm
  • Prefer Contract/Spreadsheet experience

**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for leading production in Global Data and Reporting Operations (Cadastro). Overview

Senior Storage and Data Management Architect - Executive Director at JPMorganChase. What You Will Do

What you will do

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the extract, transform and load (ETL) process for Kenvue sales data, generating and analyzing reports, and ensuring the understanding and adoption of the Data Products generated. This position will be working close of IT technical team and also hands-on with Dashboards development, SQL query analysis, data lake process improvements, granting the daily business data update with data quality. This position should ensure that users understand and use the data and providing support to guide data decision-making.

The Data Science team works closely with Productivity, Analytics, Pricing, S&OP, and Category Management areas and primarily support the Commercial team, although we have a lot of contact with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform the sales data flow ETL maintenance ensuring data quality.
  • Develop and implement data products to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards empowering end-users to track and analysis main KPIs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data science practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities.
  • Deliver training on data utilization and tools.

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and process-oriented skills.
  • Advanced computer skills including Office 360 applications (mainly excel).
  • Business Intelligence Tools experience (Tableau)
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships to delivery results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Economics, Engineering, Marketing with focus in Data, Computer Science or equivalent fields.
  • Advanced English level

Desired Qualifications

  • Python for data manipulation (desirable).
  • Background in health/personal care segment.
  • Previous experience working with external data providers (i.e. Nilsen, IQVIA, Closeup, Neogrid, Scanntech, Teamcore)
