What You'll Do

As a
Senior Analyst (SA)
within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team. You will work together with case teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory for diagnostics and live projects and deliver against commercial priorities for the Operations Vantage Team business.

In addition, you will support with guidance from senior colleagues, your topic in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the procurement topic business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.

The
Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices
and helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Procurement Topic Area is an expert network of Vantage members and experienced consultants who help clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.g., procurement strategy, operating model, digital transformation, sustainable procurement, risk & resilience, etc.).

As a SA On Client Focus (CF) Track For The Operations Practice Area & Procurement Business In Brazil, You Will Be

  • Driving problem solving and solutioning for clients generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context

Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Marketing
ADVISORS & CONSULTING SERVICES
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results and adapting the approach to optimize marketing performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Impact
- Deliver exceptional digital marketing initiatives guided by data analytics, ensuring measurable business impact
- Take charge of client projects, collaborating to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns
- Lead the creation and end-to-end execution of Marketing Services projects focusing on financial performance and impact
- Implement data-driven digital marketing solutions, including campaigns, marketing automation, and lifecycle management initiatives
- Ensure operational project execution within agreed milestones and budget
- Manage creative development and media planning, meeting high-quality standards aligned with client needs
- Assess, recommend and improve the performance of client's marketing activities by using data insights and data visualization tools

- Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to support business growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on Experience: extended experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing planning and data-driven implementation
- Client Management: Proven track record in managing client accounts and leading digital marketing solutions

Client Impact
- Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements
- Build and lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients by working with technology and data
- Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite
- Serve as a trusted client business advisor and generate enthusiasm for the Mastercard team and our recommendations
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Guide team through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client value
- Motivate the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels
- Own relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital
- Provide marketplace perspectives and insights
- Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to both direct and outside team members
- Understand various marketing specializations and relationships between areas
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on one or more of the following fields: marketing content, digital and social media campaigns, digital customer experience, digital marketing, end-to-end product launch, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems, offline marketing activities/campaigns, media management and planning, direct response marketing
- Experience coaching and leading teams across large, strategic engagements with third parties
- Experience leading vendor and senior client relationships
- Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
- Ability to identify new business development opportunities and adjacencies, and experience leading proposal development and scoping of new opportunities
- Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions, ability to provide industry perspectives and thought leadership
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)

Preferred qualifications
- Additional marketing experience in one or more of the following fields: marketing and campaign experience from agency environment, search engine optimization and search engine marketing, video making (e.g., scripting, storyboard, and content), marketing content, usability labs and experience research, print production management
- Global supply chain management (GSM), including sourcing new suppliers and assessing third party production vendors
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading delivery and implementation of complex solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
- Relevant industry expertise and/or experience in product, sales, or marketing technology
- MBA or master's degree with specialization in marketing or digital (not required)

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of Business Strategy Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of annual and mid-term planning cycles, ensuring full alignment between UCB Brazil's local ambition and global/regional strategies. Translate strategic objectives into robust operational plans, incorporating feasibility assessments, resource allocation, and OKRs/KPIs governance. Design and implement planning frameworks that foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability. Partner with Finance, Access, Medical, Business Operations, Commercial, and backbone functions to ensure integrated, agile, and patient-centric planning across the organization.

Governance & Decision Support

  • Enable data-driven decision-making by designing governance models and approval processes that support strategic initiatives. Ensure business cases are well-structured, evidence-based, and aligned with UCB's ethical standards. Facilitate strategic discussions and decision forums with senior leadership, providing clarity and structure to complex business challenges.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline planning and performance processes, leveraging digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Promote operational agility and resilience by embedding best practices and scalable solutions across functions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while driving efficiency and impact.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Foresight

  • Lead the development of market intelligence capabilities to anticipate and respond to changes in the healthcare landscape. Integrate competitive insights, policy trends, and patient needs into strategic planning and business decisions. Maintain a forward-looking perspective to ensure UCB Brazil remains agile, relevant, and impactful.

Performance Management & Engagement

  • Monitor and analyze business performance across therapeutic areas and functions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for acceleration. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to visualize progress against strategic goals, projects, and KPIs. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional leadership and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Ensure performance tracking is aligned with UCB's values and long-term impact on patients.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the General Manager and Leadership Team, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide projects. Prepare high-impact executive presentations and strategic narratives for internal and external audiences. Ensure timely, transparent, and consistent communication of business needs, priorities, and performance insights across all levels of the organization.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Culture Building

  • Foster a culture of strategic alignment, collaboration, and accountability across teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing, joint planning sessions, and cross-functional workshops to build shared understanding and commitment. Champion UCB's values and patient-centric mission in all planning and performance activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required;
  • Master desirable;
  • Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and organizational performance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Must reside in São Paulo, Brazil.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the business planning director in managing key global projects, including target planning and key task breakdown, coordinating internal and external resources, tracking project progress, and ensuring completion according to schedule.

2. Conduct research on the development landscape of the global food delivery and instant retail markets, gain insights into user needs, technological innovations, and competitive dynamics, and propose feasible strategic recommendations.

3. Carry out user research based on business needs in the Brazilian market, help identify pain points in users' use of delivery services, evaluate the effectiveness of user operation strategies, and propose targeted strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with solid background in business analysis in the internet industry or strategic consulting in the consulting industry, and strong data analysis and industry research capabilities.

2. Familiar with and understand diverse cultures, excellent English skills, and able to use English as a working language.

3. Experienced in project management, with outstanding interpersonal communication and coordination skills, loyal to personal goals, and able to proactively and flexibly find ways to achieve objectives.
