Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly marketing calendars based on local trends, user behavior, and seasonal opportunities (e.g., Carnival, Black Friday, São João). Align campaigns with business goals and consumer needs.
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign development including creative themes, promotional mechanics, investment strategy, and cross-functional coordination (PR, branding, commercial, product).
- Localized Marketing: Adapt global strategies to reflect Brazilian culture, language, and digital habits. Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and emotionally engaging.
- Partnership & Influencer Collaboration: Build joint campaigns with key accounts, influencers (KOLs), and strategic partners to amplify reach and drive conversions.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign KPIs in real time, analyze user engagement, and iterate based on insights. Drive efficiency in traffic, transactions, and budget allocation.
- Marketing Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to enhance marketing tools and explore new formats tailored to Brazilian audiences (e.g., WhatsApp activations, gamified promotions).
- Cross-Functional Skills: Act as a business partner across departments, integrating marketing needs and ensuring alignment with broader company strategies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, user operations, or campaign management within O2O, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of Brazilian consumer behavior, culture, and digital ecosystem
- Experience with large-scale seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Dia das Mães)
- Familiarity with local platforms and tools (Instagram, WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, iFood, etc.)
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work with multicultural teams

As a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bring sharp strategy, organizational excellence, and creative instinct to every project. This role blends content strategy, project management, copywriting, and digital performance analysis - perfect for someone who thrives on moving seamlessly between planning and execution. You’ll be the glue connecting design, video, and messaging, turning ideas into structured campaigns that perform across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email.
In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.
This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.
What You’ll DoStrategy, Planning & Execution
Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead
Social Media Management
Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.
Paid Media
Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads
SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance
Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.
Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
Know what content performs, and why.
Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.
Communicate clearly and can collaborate with designers and video editors.
Have experience working inside an agency.
Have managed newsletter content and owned media channels
Are fluent in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix

Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Paid, Earned, and Owned channels (e.g., Search, Social, Retargeting, Display, Content Promotion, Influencers).
- Plan and run high-converting campaigns aligned with business goals, leveraging A/B tests and data insights to improve results.
- Apply advanced targeting using audience data, demographics, and behavioral signals to boost campaign impact.
- Manage media budgets efficiently, track spend, and focus on campaigns with the highest ROI.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) via analytics tools to guide decision-making.
- Partner with creative teams to produce impactful ads, landing pages, and messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing with revenue targets and business goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Execute omnichannel strategies for consistent brand experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
- Manage and segment HubSpot lists, ensuring data readiness for campaigns.
- Use enrichment tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Clay) to build and qualify target account lists.
- Define engagement criteria and lead scoring based on funnel stage and behavior.
- Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track ABM performance and uncover gaps.
- Create and manage automated workflows in HubSpot for nurturing and lead handoff.
- Operate WhatsApp automation tools (e.g., Blip, Treble) to support targeted outreach.
- Align closely with Sales Enablement and SDRs to ensure strategic ABM execution for high-priority accounts.
- Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ad Platforms: Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media tools.
- Revenue Focus: Deep understanding of SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and long B2B sales cycles, ensuring marketing efforts are directly tied to revenue performance.
- Attribution: Proven ability to implement multi-touch attribution models, track performance, and optimize channels for maximum impact.
- HubSpot Expertise: Experience managing and segmenting lists, building dashboards, and creating automated workflows following platform best practices.
- ABM Tools: Familiarity with contact enrichment platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Cortex, or Clay to support account targeting and segmentation.
- Marketing–Sales Alignment: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and SDR teams to ensure ABM strategies are well-executed and personalized.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel to identify gaps, optimize touchpoints, and improve lead quality through ABM initiatives.
