Responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of finished goods and materials planning. This includes ensuring alignment with production requirements and demand forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to ensure materials and finished goods are managed efficiently and timely.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**

• Gerenciar Compras e liderar estratégias de gestão de fornecedores, formação de novos contratos e sourcing de novos players
• Mapear oportunidades de ganho de eficiência e automatização em processos de Compras
• Liderar frente de S&OP, contribuindo com a maturação do processo e engajamento das áreas de negócios
• Entender e gerenciar cadeia de planejamento de materiais, com fornecimento nacional e internacional
• Definir e monitorar política de nível de estoque
• Liderar logística interna, observando oportunidades de melhoria contínua
• Contribuir com engajamento e desenvolvimento de pessoas
• Navegar com diferentes stakeholders em todas as plantas da empresa
• Participar de projetos globais envolvendo a cadeia de suprimentos

Perfil desejável

• Experiência com gestão de Supply Chain em nível Gerencial
• Background e experiência em projetos estratégicos em Compras
• Experiência na gestão de ciclos S&OP
• Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial na região de Hortolândia/SP
• Disponibilidade de viagens para as outras plantas da empresa
• Inglês avançado/fluente (participação de projetos globais)
