Timpte is looking for a Trailer Technician at our TIMPTE Customer Support Center located in Aurora, NE !

  • Pay for this position starts at 23.00/hr + Depending on experience + 1/hour after 60 days!
  • Quarterly BONUS potential and NO WEEKENDS!

As a Trailer Technician, you will diagnose, repair and service trailers of all brands in a safe and professional manner. Timpte wants our employees to feel valued and create and investment in your future from the growth within the array of advancement opportunities we offer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Technicians replace or repair damaged panels, rails, and traps
  • Perform trailer alignments and adjustments, repair and replace brakes, cams and wheel seals
  • Welding some steel and aluminum

Desired Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a standing position and/or walk up to 100% of the time
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crawl around equipment, and crawl in and out of tubs and trailers and to work from ladders
  • Ability to carry objects weighting up to 50 lbs. for a distance of 10-50 feet. Objects over 50lbs, use two people

Key Responsibilities

Position

Laboratory Analyst 1 – Entry level. Entry Level Laboratory Analysts perform basic laboratory tests. Analysts receive, log, and prepare samples and perform analysis according to procedures and test methods.

Duties Include
  • Calibrate equipment as required.
  • Maintain an understanding of and ensure compliance to Quality System including the manual, system procedures (QMSPs).
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required.
About You
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and collaboration skills (Teamwork!)
  • Multi-tasked, organized, and detail oriented
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Previous experience working in another laboratory or in the food safety sector
  • Life Science degree a plus
Working conditions
  • 4/10 work schedule
  • Significant time in a laboratory environment between 10–12 hours per business day
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch up to 80% of the time

Overview

The Site Laboratory Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting the production teams daily in accuracy and adherence to Mars Quality and Food Safety systems.

The Laboratory Coordinator ensures all Quality checks are performed through the receiving and production process. They are responsible for ensuring ingredients and product meets all Quality Specifications while complying with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Hygiene requirements. This role is responsible for overseeing on-site collection, labeling, analyzing, and recording of results related to raw materials, intermediate products, finished product, packaging materials, and other samples.

What are we looking for?

Minimum:

  • 2-year degree or 1-3 years related experience
  • GLP, GMP and Manufacturing Hygiene Knowledge

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related industry
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Lead site lab technicians conducting physical and chemical tests including but not limited to pipettes, pH meter, water activity meter, NIR, Lateral Flow Device, and ELISA methods.
  • Interpret analytical method procedures and safety instructions using standard chemistry terms and measures.
  • Maintain all records of analytical testing and quality control lab documentation. Responsible for tracking, trend analysis, and other Quality Control related responsibilities.
  • Inform Q&FS Manager and Line Manager of quality deviations for controls and product.
  • Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including calibration of equipment. Ability to conduct limited Instrument troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
  • Ensure sampling raw materials from bulk trucks, big bags, and totes is completed according to Mars standards.
  • Assist in the preparation RM samples and documentation for external laboratories.
  • Interpret data from routine analysis for RM in order to validate that materials meet specifications.
  • Work to ensure lab compliance to quality management system through training, documentations, quality records, and audits.
  • Train and instruct lab technicians.
  • Ensure Lab participation in proficiency testing programs.
  • Able to perform and train on routine calculations pertaining to analytical chemistry (e.g., dilution, concentration, test results).

    • Seasonal supply payables support (Spring Fertilizer/Freight, Late Summer Seed, etc.)
    • Assist Finance Specialist on financing through 3rd party finance vendors (Rado, JDF, CC)
    • Assist Finance Specialist with FIR’s and payments received through FIR process.
    • Seed warehouse support for Seed Procurement Manager and seed warehouse crews.
  • Other Job Functions
    • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
    • Provide additional support to other divisions within the company as needed
    • Provide support to customer service representative as scheduled.
    • Assist co-workers with questions and miscellaneous information
    • Ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple tasks. Prioritize work, and deal with deadlines.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a self-starter who requires little supervision.
    • Willing to work additional hours beyond the normal work week during month end, year-end, and audit preparation.
Qualifications
  • Experience In Accounting, Billing, And Credit Preferred.
  • Education Requires a minimum of an associate’s degree in accounting with a bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. Comparable experience may substitute education.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with company managers, employees, customers, stockholders, and outside third-party interests

    • A valid driver’s license

Overview

BonnaVilla is seeking an experienced Exterior Wall Builder to join the Chief team. Working in our indoor production facility, this position will help with the construction and assembly of interior partition walls in accordance with required specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to perform the required procedures of framing and paneling of walls.
  • Ability to adhere to plant rules, procedures and policies.
  • Basic knowledge and the ability to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools measuring devices, hoists and other equipment as required by the specific job.
