The ideal candidate will provide support to Inbound, Outbound, and Foreign Trade Analysts in their responsibilities and roles, learning and interacting with the entire material and information flow required by internal Logistics systems and SSAB Brasil customers.

In this role the Intern will be able to update indicators, fill out information in logistics documents, participate in meetings with logistics partners, both Foreign Trade and transportation, industrialization and warehouse operations, and participate in the analysis of indicators, nonconformities, and the evaluation of the logistics system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring Logistics indicators.
• Learn how to update the unit's indicators, participating in their presentation and dissemination.
• Study the logistics modes that serve the SSAB Brazil unit and also consider other modes as alternatives.
• Participate in the evaluation of the SSAB Brazil Logistics System, acquiring the ability to conduct internal assessments for system corrections/improvements.
• Participate in the preparation, review, and control of the various documents produced or received by the unit that impact Logistics.
• Understand and be able to retrieve documents from their various storage locations, whether physical or electronic.
• Compose the team to investigate nonconformities related to the unit's operations.
• Develop the ability to conduct meetings for investigation, analysis, and proposal of corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• Currently attending college, preferable Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems or Engineering.
• Advanced English skills.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus in achieving results, being organized and working with deadlines.

- Operar caminhão Munck em atividades de montagem de estruturas metálicas e pré-fabricadas;

- Auxiliar diretamente na montagem e movimentação de materiais para o andamento da obra;

• Responsible for plan, schedule and sequence the entry of materials into SSAB Brazil, in the different modes used;
• Maintain constant and direct contact with internal teams and transporters to optimize vehicles and meet the dates scheduled by port agents, customers or industrializers;
• Determine the schedule of the day, week and month so that logistics operators have the necessary information to receive, check, move and locate products according to scheduled loads;
• Support the activities of the internal logistics operator regarding the organization and layout of storage areas and inventory control;
• Act as a backup for load planning activities for the customers deliveries;
• Follow and update the SLA established between the Logistics areas and other areas of SSAB Brazil, contributing to the continuous improvement of the services provided, in accordance with SSAB One.

Responsibilities

• Identify products received or scheduled to arrive, taking into account collection locations, available vehicles and deadlines for carrying out activities;
• Make requests and monitor the availability of vehicles with transport companies;
• Send, in accordance with SLA, reports on the movement of material for industrialization and monitor the return of empty containers.
• Be aware of shipments in progress and scheduled for the following periods, making it possible to inform internal customers (IS and RSMs) of the status of receipts;
• Have access to the electronic files necessary for better planning of material receipts, updating and/or ensuring adequate updating also by third parties.
• Maintain direct and assertive communication with internal/external customers and others involved in the activities of transporting, receiving and sending documents;

Required:

• Degree in Administration, Logistics or Engineering;
• Advanced English;
• Experience in cargo planning and inbound/outbound logistics;
