Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Gerenciar e acompanhar projetos de desenvolvimento de software no ambiente Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Garantir alinhamento das entregas com as estratégias e objetivos da empresa.
• Organizar e conduzir reuniões de planejamento, acompanhamento e entrega de projetos.
• Monitorar e controlar cronogramas, escopo e qualidade das entregas.
• Identificar riscos e problemas, atuando proativamente na proposição de soluções.
• Promover comunicação eficiente entre stakeholders e equipe de desenvolvimento.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos utilizando Jira, Confluence e Bitbucket.
• Vivência em ambientes ágeis e metodologias Scrum/Kanban.
• Capacidade de organização e gestão eficiente do tempo.
• Proatividade para antecipação de problemas e implementação de soluções.
• Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e comunicativas.

Requisitos desejáveis

• Certificação em Gestão de Projetos (PMP ou equivalente).
• Experiência prévia em mercado financeiro, especialmente em assessoria de investimentos.

The Project Manager Services acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute all Services project activities with a focus on equipment improvements (options, upgrades) as well as equipment and line conversions linked to new primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.

Translate customer needs, develop, present, and execute Services projects

Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D

Is an "integrator" on the Services project incl. the additional scope of upgrades on the rest of the packaging line

Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

Ensure the technical feasibility of deals;

Responsible for the Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects from Pre contracting to CAV

Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors;

Support Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed,

Provide accurate, up-to-date project information to ensure reporting is properly completed

Manage coordination of on-site technicians

Manage Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan

PM&D = Product Mgt & Development

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Language Requirements

• English
• Other languages (depending upon region covered) a plus, French, Italian

Professional Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years experience in project management with strong technical expertise
• Experienced in complete lines (new or already installed), complex machine improvements or upgrades Sidel equipment and/or Services Portfolio
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly dwg.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Project, and SAP a plus

As a
Contract Management Specialist
, you will be responsible for:

• Providing office support with emphasis on local content process and documentation
• Assisting other staff members in the preparation, organization and management of documentation related to local content and contract management
• Maintaining databases and workflows in compliance with contract milestones and document requirements
• Managing billing and invoices evidence related to local content process in ERP systems according to the cash plan
• Discussing with customer and internal team consequences of contract changes in products and processes
• Leading the contract execution supporting the Project Managers, Risk Managers, and functions.
• Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information

Role Summary:

• Proactively collaborate with Commercial Operations team to ensure a clean project handoff
• Support site and team strategies & objectives by driving team member accountability
• Provide an atmosphere where continual training & education are the norm and high performing associates are retained through understanding their career growth opportunities at Flowserve
• Support Operating Model SSO vision and department's mission fully and effectively by holding team accountable for their responsibilities and addressing performance obstacles to ensure results are met
• Use key metrics and team accountability meetings as primary mechanisms for monitoring performance, driving effective execution and managing team responsibilities
• Monitor capacity and load of team, making necessary adjustments to manage demand
• Support team members in reviewing customer contracts and mitigating risks for commercial and technical issues as well as in addressing supply chain, manufacturing, testing, or quality issues

• Escalate all pertinent issues/concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Project Management, Project Engineering + supervisory or team lead experience
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate and lead in the day to day as well as maintain vision and focus on strategic, longer-term objectives
• Strong conflict management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to internal or external customer sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering (or a related field) and 5 to 7 years of experience in the role.

• Work with the team to maintain a continuous communication with customer about the status of orders, and coordination of customer interfaces (technical interfaces definition and attendance to inspections)
• Ensure on time projects billing and partner with Finance team to collect cash on time
• Support onsite meetings, testing, onsite supervision, and visits as required
• Escalate all pertinent issues/concerns in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Project Management, Project Engineering + supervisory or team lead experience
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers
• Capability to influence others and lead by example
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate and lead in the day to day as well as maintain vision and focus on strategic, longer-term objectives
• Strong conflict management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to internal or external customer sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering (or a related field) and 5 to 7 years of experience in the role.

Desde nuestro equipo estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Project Management Officer (PMO) para LATAM, con dominio avanzado de español, inglés y portugués, ya que el rol implica interacción constante con equipos regionales, especialmente en Brasil.

Perfil buscado:

Experiencia comprobable en gestión de proyectos y seguimiento de iniciativas regionales.

Requisitos
