Customer Success é a atividade desenvolvida junto a clientes ativos, no sentido de garantir a boa utilização das soluções fornecidas, identificar necessidades de qualificação técnica, bem como eventual revisão das soluções. Resumindo, garantir o sucesso do cliente no que esteja relacionado às soluções fornecidas por nossa empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Realizar o Onboarding de clientes, sanando as dúvidas em relação aos produtos e serviços e se certificando de que as expectativas estejam alinhadas;
  • Representação técnica na construção de uma relação duradoura e de sucesso dos clientes;
  • Contato ativo (online/presencial) com os clientes de sua carteira, visando crescimento e retenção;
  • Análise constante da carteira visando novas oportunidades de negócio em cada cliente;
  • Criar e sugerir produtos, processos e serviços Autodesk que irão contribuir com a experiência dos clientes.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Formação técnica ou superior nas áreas de Engenharia civil, Arquitetura ou correlatas.
  • Diferencial o conhecimento de soluções Autodesk como Revit, Inventor, Civil 3D, Infraworks, AutoCAD e outros Softwares das áreas de engenharia.
  • Possuir CNH ativa e ter disponibilidade para viagens (carro empresa).
