TubeScience is a U.S.-based leader in data-driven video ads, partnering with top global brands. We’re hiring a highly skilled Digital Media Technician to join our remote post-production team. This is a contract role, open to candidates across Latin America who want to grow their careers in a high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Ingest, transcode, and organize high-volume video footage.
* Manage servers and our Media Asset Management system (Iconik).
* Package & archive Adobe Premiere Pro projects for finishing.
* Troubleshoot technical issues (sync errors, codecs, corrupted files).
* Support editors with prep work (color correction, selects, rough assemblies).
* Contribute to workflow improvements for speed and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years in post-production (Media Manager, DIT, Post-Tech, or Assistant Editor).
* Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder skills.
* Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (transcoding/color).
* Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, frame rates, delivery specs.
Bonus Points:
* Advanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve).
* Digital advertising or performance marketing experience.
* Workflow automation/scripting/AI media tools.
* Content delivery experience for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
* Remote (Latin America only).
* Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM PST (align with U.S. team).
* Technical audit required (including internet speed test).

Responsabilidades- Controlar orçamento e investimento diário das campanhas;

About The Role
The Junior Digital Media Buyer will support the planning, execution, and daily optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Reddit, and others. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of digital advertising who is eager to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll work closely with the Director of Digital Media Buying to help execute media strategies, test creatives, analyze performance, and contribute to the creative process.
Location: Remote, 9am - 5pm ET
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Support:
- Assist in launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Perform daily account checks to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and meeting performance goals.
- Help optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting under direction and with clear guidance.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
- Contribute to testing strategies and analyze results to inform ongoing performance improvements.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to brainstorm and provide feedback on ad concepts.
- Help source and organize creative assets for testing and campaign use.
- Assist in pulling reports and compiling performance insights using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Track key metrics and support the team in generating weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- Support pixel implementation, conversion tracking (via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.), and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all campaign links, UTMs, and tracking parameters are properly implemented.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and competitor campaigns.
- Participate in team training sessions and take initiative to grow platform expertise.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related role (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads preferred.
- Exposure to one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to analyze and interpret data.
- Some experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager insights, etc.).
- Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager is a plus.
- Interest in ad creative performance and contributing to the creative process.
- Eye for visual trends and messaging that resonates across digital channels.
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and follow direction while managing day-to-day responsibilities independently.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Media Buying & Strategy
- Execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels.
- Analyze historical campaign data to inform media mix and performance projections.
- Recommend channel-specific budgets and optimize spend based on performance metrics.
- Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
- Track key KPIs such as leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
- Manage and allocate media budgets effectively across channels to maximize campaign performance.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing and ensure campaigns remain on schedule and within financial targets.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising campaign effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with companies providing B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
