About The Role
We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion and initiative for new business acquisition. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
What you will be doing
- Proactively, identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
- 3+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts. Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Must live in territory, São Paulo Brazil
- Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database)
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)

Aqui, você será o ponto estratégico de relacionamento com clientes enterprise, guiando-os em decisões que impactam diretamente retenção, experiência do usuário e expansão de receita.

Responsabilidades
- Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes Enterprise, com foco em relacionamento e crescimento de receita (upsell e cross-sell);
- Estabelecer e manter relacionamento sólido com decisores e stakeholders estratégicos;
- Realizar reuniões periódicas (remotas e presenciais) para apresentar resultados, insights e planos de ação;
- Ser o elo entre o cliente e as áreas internas, garantindo entregas de qualidade e dentro dos prazos;
- Analisar métricas de performance (LTV, churn, health score, NPS) e propor melhorias que impulsionem satisfação e retenção;
- Conduzir negociações com visão de longo prazo, buscando sempre gerar valor para o cliente;
- Liderar iniciativas para aprimorar a jornada do cliente com base em feedbacks e indicadores;
- Colaborar com outras equipes internas para evolução de processos e geração de novas oportunidades.
Obrigatórios:
- Residir em São Paulo ou proximidades (para reuniões presenciais e eventos pontuais);
- Experiência prévia (+ de 2 anos) com contas B2B Enterprise, relacionamento e expansão de receita (mínimo 1 ano);
- Vivência com estratégias de retenção de clientes e redução de churn;
- Forte capacidade analítica e domínio avançado de Google Sheets e Google Presentation;
- Familiaridade com métricas de satisfação e performance de clientes (NPS, CSAT, LTV, health score);
- Atuação com feedbacks de clientes via lojas de apps, Reclame Aqui ou canais similares;
- Perfil prático, organizado e com senso de urgência, capaz de gerar valor desde o primeiro contato;
- Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial e conduzir reuniões remotas com objetividade e foco em resultados.
- Espanhol e/ou inglês intermediário;
- Conhecimento em métricas de marketing digital e mobile marketing.
- Autonomia real para criar, testar e implementar ideias;
