**Warehouse Associate**
Are you someone who would love the opportunity to work for a small, family-owned business right here in the Lehigh Valley? Then, look no further! Straight Arrow Products, the makers of Mane N' Tail skin and haircare products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their growing team in their newly renovated Easton, PA facility. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and great problem-solving skills will set you up for success in this role! This is a full-time day shift position -- Monday through Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm.
**What you'll do: **
- Prepare daily orders for picking by warehouse team utilizing warehouse management system (ERP)
- Maintain knowledge of order status and prepare for release and shipping
- Obtain quotes for services and schedule orders through brokerage carriers
- Provide updates on pallet counts to carrier services
- Verify and process returns
- Participate in order picking and truck loading as needed utilizing forklifts and other equipment
- Complete physical inventories of finished goods and perform cycle-counts
- Serve as back-up for small parcel shipping area
- Adhere to all current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines
- Follow safety guidelines, utilizing PPE as required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience in shipping environment
- Forklift certification a plus!
- Good computer skills, experience with Navision or other warehouse management systems (ERP) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated team player with safety focus
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, reach, bend, and walk regularly throughout the workday
- Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderately loud noise level, varying temperatures through different seasons

Essential Job Functions (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
Ensures that all products leave with proper paperwork and utilize inventory sign out sheets.
Daily reconciliation of inventory sheets. Communicate and record any attempts by an employee who violates company policy/procedures. Communicate paperwork errors immediately to the office.
- Unload/load from incoming and outgoing tires, wheels and retreads on the correct trailer/truck in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all Stock Retreads are labeled correctly, tires are in rows and stacks are neat.
- Oversee customer tire/retread storage, tire pools and tire banks. Keep accurate paperwork for all such products.
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
- Mounting and dismounting tires
- Ensure that tires/retreads are in correct rows for delivery.
- Mark any sold tires by attaching a copy of order to tire(s).
- Participate in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities.
- Make deliveries to customers as needed (if have valid driver’s license).
- Operate forklift in safe manner.
- Handle phone calls from sales and service personnel and other locations in need of tires.
- Assist with monthly inventories. Assist with variance investigation.
- Use computer to check inventory, generate transfers, work orders and invoices.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Requirements
Education and/or experience: No related experience required. STTC will train.
Language skills: Ability to read and interpret English documents such as safety rules, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, tire tags, computer work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form.
Computer skills: Ability to use computer; training will be provided as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Forklift Certification. STTC will provide Forklift Certification test. Valid driver’s license preferred.
Equipment: Capable of operating forklift, lift gates, delivery truck, computer and basic office equipment.
Dress code: Pants and shirts are provided by Service Tire Truck Centers at a reasonable cost per company policy.

Job Details
Shift Details: Sunday 3:00 PM until Finish. Monday 4:00 PM until finish, and Tuesday - Thursday from 6:00 PM until Finish.
Shift Pay: $22.00 per hour.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- General areas of responsibility include a combination of one or more of the following duties; receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization, management and control.
- Verifies merchandise received against record of shipment, inspects and reports discrepancies and any obvious defects.
- Stocks shelves, ensuring materials are in their designated areas.
- May use a radio-frequency (RF) device to aid in picking or packing stock and/or other inventory tasks.
- Assembles customer orders from stock by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes to be packed and shipped. Identifies quantities and customer specifications.
- Enters orders, returns and related data in the computer system.
- Inspects returned items and returns merchandise to proper shelf in the warehouse.
- Accurately completes daily inventory counts and researches discrepancies.
- Assists with inventory procedures as requested.
- May perform controlled substance picking, stocking, replenishment and order fulfillment in a cage/vault or refrigerated environment.
- May use forklifts, reach trucks and/or other motorized equipment to move inventory.
- May assist in training new associates.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education; one (1) plus years of work experience.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge And Ability Requirements
- Ability to read and understand the English language to compare and read product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
- Have a good overall understanding of DC workflow and can work with minimal guidance
- Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
- Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
- Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills
- May require ability and certification to operate power equipment at high levels (20’-40’) such as reach trucks, picker machines, forklift and comply with all safety standards and OSHA requirements.
- May require hazmat training certification.
- Maintain appropriate attendance standards.
- Ability to train and assist associates as needed.

Overview
We are seeking dynamic, friendly, and customer-focused team members for temporary positions (up to 90 days) in our Shipping & Receiving department. You will work in a warehouse and sales floor environment, ensuring the store is stocked to serve customers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shipments, orders, and invoices, verifying accuracy.
- Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping.
- Use hand tools, power tools, online shipping services, or postage meters.
- Maintain knowledge of store departments to support customers and team members.
- Shelve, organize, and categorize stock according to changing criteria.

What You Will Be Doing

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
- Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
- Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)

- Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
- Able to work with RF scanning equipment

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming freight based on invoice and receiving reports. Stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy. Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing department packages and mail. Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages. Follow all national, state, and local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations. Ship all out-going mail and packages. Verify quantity and condition of packages upon receipt prior to delivery to guest. Communicate with guest regarding received packages. Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions, including receiving guest signatures for received packages. Communicate with proper management regarding any loss or damage with packages.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Responsibilities- Unload/load trailers, verify proper stacking and freight handling, and secure pallets.
- Count and inspect shipments for damage, infestation, and proper coding; report discrepancies.
- Identify and report damages, shortages, and overages.
- Assist with inventory using scanners, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load products into railcars or trailers.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, perform daily inspections, and report issues.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with high reach forklifts and warehouse operations preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs with assistance occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle objects for extended periods.
- Proficiency with scanners, tablets, radios, and warehouse machinery.
- Ability to work overtime and drive a registered vehicle as needed.
- Good vision, communication skills, and ability to follow instructions.

Estamos em busca de um Group Product Manager para liderar o escopo de Order Fulfillment Product Management. Como será o seu dia a dia
- Liderar, orientar e apoiar uma equipe de product managers.
- Fornecer direcionamento estratégico, mantendo-se envolvido na entrega do dia a dia.
- Garantir clareza de funções, responsabilidades e acompanhamento de desempenho em toda a equipe.
- Definir e aprimorar fluxos operacionais-chave (ex.: SOPs, governança, documentação).
- Alinhar os objetivos da equipe com as prioridades locais e regionais, garantindo escalabilidade e conformidade.
- Identificar pontos de dor e oportunidades de automação e simplificação.
- Supervisionar a entrega de iniciativas nos domínios de liquidação e compensação, e de processamento de pedidos.
- Garantir que obstáculos sejam resolvidos rapidamente e que dependências sejam bem gerenciadas.
- Atuar como principal ponto de escalonamento dentro do escopo de Order.
- Trabalhar em estreita parceria com as áreas de negócios, operações, engenharia e equipes regionais de produto.
- Liderar o alinhamento entre as partes interessadas, garantindo transparência e entendimento compartilhado.
- Representar o time de Order em fóruns interequipes e reuniões de governança.

O que você precisa para assumir o desafio
- Graduação em Administração, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
- Experiência sólida em gestão de produto, trabalhando diretamente com desenvolvedores.
- Experiência em gerenciar equipes de produto.
- Experiência prévia em áreas de produto relacionadas a e-commerce, fintech, operações ou logística será considerada um diferencial.

Qual será a sua missão:
- Contribuir com a elaboração de documentos de processos (BPDs) para os fluxos de manufatura e gestão de inventário;
- Mapear e documentar requisitos de dados como materiais, roteiros, versões de produção e listas técnicas (BOMs);

- Realizar configuração de MRP, planejamento de produção (process manufacturing), gestão de inventário e lotes;
- Definir requisitos de segurança por papel no módulo;
- Executar testes unitários funcionais, garantindo consistência em configuração e segurança;
- Apoiar o cliente em limpeza, enriquecimento e migração de dados;
- Produzir documentos no Enable Now, adaptar scripts de teste e suportar testes integrados e go-live;

Requisitos:
O que você precisa ter:
- Experiência com implementações SAP ERP com foco em manufatura e inventário;

- Proficiência com Microsoft 365 e documentação técnica;
- Conhecimento em SAP IM e SAP MM.
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em SAP para indústria de processo e SAP Retail;
- Experiência com Enable Now ou outras ferramentas de documentação de processos;
- Experiência prévia em projetos globais com times distribuídos.
Idioma:
- Obrigatório Inglês Fluente para conversação (Haverá etapa de teste neste idioma).
