Quais serão as tarefas?
- Elaborar e acompanhar famtrips com clientes em viagens nacionais e internacionais.
- Análise de indicadores e performance de clientes que permita identificar oportunidades comerciais e priorizar ações dentro da carteira.

About the teamThe Tier 2 team provides technical services externally to merchants and internally to other Trustly teams such as Business Operations, Risk, Integrations, Customer Success, and Product. This will include services such as investigation and resolution of queries and real-time merchant technical escalations, as well as technical developer support. The team also manages incidents, proactively and reactively, following ITIL best practices. Services will also include work on improving internal and external documentation, developing internal tools to support daily activities and provide support 24/7 in on call rotation.
What you will do- SME on resolution of Complex Incidents (escalations).
- Post Incident Review (PIR) Support as SME.
- Advanced Technical Support (Log Analysis and Diagnostics) internal / external audiences.
- Escalation to Tier 3 (Engineering and SRE) on support requests.
- Escalation to Tier 3 (Engineering and SRE) on incidents.
- Create and maintain log of Issues and resolutions.
- Proactive Identification of Trends and Issues.
- Knowledge base articles creation and maintenance.
- Internal Training and knowledge sharing.
- Customer Communication (if necessary) on Support requests.
- Testing and Validation of Fixes of bugs (identified on support requests).
- Change Management internal notifications.
- New feature consultancy as SME to Product team.
- On Call rotation.
- External (mass or individual) notifications per request.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
- The candidate must be able to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML and database queries.
- The candidate must know how to do RESTful API calls.
- The candidate must be able to debug and investigate issues raised by merchants and Trustly's teams.
- Knowledge of other Trustly adopted technologies: AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud and Database queries.
- Willingness to work on on-call rotation (including night shifts, weekends and holidays).

About the team

The Merchant Operations team is responsible for clarifying, solving and escalating customer (merchant) and end-user queries or problems. We are responsible for supporting the internal, external, and third-party customers we use for processing.
What you will do:
- The Role: As aClient Support Specialistat Trustly, you will be a brand ambassador and customer champion. You will report to the Manager, Customer Support, and leverage your experience supporting customers across multiple facets:
- Omni-Channel: Supporting customers across channel types - email, chat/messaging, and phone (video in the future).
- Trouble-shooting : Using a systematic approach to isolating, understanding, and solving complex problems.
- Educate : Helping our customers maximize the benefits of using Trustly products & services.
- Ownership: Owning a customer issue end-to-end, engaging others inside and outside of the organization to ensure timely resolution, including post-contact as required.
- Technical : Answering questions related to our implementations at enterprise merchants (APIs, UI, Transaction inquiries, etc).
- Business/Financial : Answering questions related to financial and payment transactions which include payment status, payment declines, transaction inquiries, and collections inquiries and will change as the business evolves.
- Empathy, passion, and obsession for helping customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with experience supporting customers on email/chat as well as on the phone.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
- iOS or Android experience.
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM.
