Procuramos um(a) Designer Sênior com forte base em UX/UI, mas que também tenha repertório visual e criativo para atender às demandas de marketing e comunicação interna da Artta. Essa pessoa ficará alocada na área de Tecnologia, mas atuará de forma transversal com os times de Produto, Marketing e Comunicação, garantindo experiências visuais impactantes, funcionais e alinhadas ao nosso posicionamento de marca.

Descrição da Vaga:

Procuramos um(a) Designer Sênior com forte base em UX/UI, mas que também tenha repertório visual e criativo para atender às demandas de marketing e comunicação interna da Artta. Essa pessoa ficará alocada na área de Tecnologia, mas atuará de forma transversal com os times de Produto, Marketing e Comunicação, garantindo experiências visuais impactantes, funcionais e alinhadas ao nosso posicionamento de marca.

Você será o elo entre o time técnico e criativo, ajudando a construir tanto a experiência dos nossos produtos digitais quanto toda a linguagem visual das nossas campanhas e materiais institucionais.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

UX Produto

• Criar jornadas de usuário, fluxos, wireframes e protótipos navegáveis de alta fidelidade
• Atuar em conjunto com desenvolvedores front-end para garantir a implementação fiel dos layouts.
• Manter e evoluir o Design System da Artta, alinhado às boas práticas de acessibilidade e responsividade.
• Ajudar a estruturar os processos de design da área, com foco em escalabilidade e colaboração entre squads.
  
  

• Desenvolver peças para campanhas institucionais, promocionais e digitais (Instagram, LinkedIn, e-mail marketing, etc.).
• Criar materiais para comunicação interna, como apresentações, templates, vídeos curtos e visuais de campanhas de endomarketing.
• Produzir materiais impressos para eventos, como folders, brindes, banners e sinalizações visuais.
• Apoiar a evolução da identidade visual da marca, garantindo consistência e criatividade em todos os pontos de contato.
• Trabalhar junto aos times de conteúdo e comunicação para garantir entregas coesas, estratégicas e engajadoras.
  
  

• Domínio das ferramentas: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects ou Premiere.
• Experiência sólida com UX/UI Design, design responsivo e Design Systems.
• Capacidade de editar vídeos e criar animações para Reels, Stories e materiais digitais no Canva ou Capcut.
• Boa noção de tipografia, grid, hierarquia visual e composição.
• Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (ex: squads, kanban) e handoff para desenvolvimento.
• Desejável noções de HTML/CSS (para comunicação eficiente com o time de tecnologia).

• Participação em projetos de branding e campanhas criativas.
