Being part of the Marketplace team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever. In this role, you'll be.
- Take ownership of DIDi's growth in your region.
- Insightful operation: Build deep insights and understanding of the business and product features through project management, stakeholder management, and be data driven ALWAYS
- Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing, and capable of writing SQL.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve business and product indicators, being able to leverage data for the decision-making process

- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.
- 3+ years of operational/analytical experience gained in consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management.
- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking- Solid understanding of a variety of business models.
- Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Actuary or any related bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge and interest in analytics and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.).
- Studies with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
- Excellent execution, hands-on ability, willing and able to gather information from multiple sources (including online research and offline interviews/experience/etc).
- Strong Excel skills are a must, other database experience is helpful. Comfortable learning and using new software tools.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.

Descripción del empleo
- Asistir al Gerente Regional de Impuestos con las obligaciones Tributarias
- Preparar y revisar declaraciones de impuestos directos e indirectos, trámites e informes necesarios.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa fiscal local (Impuesto a la Renta, IVA, WHT, Impuestos municipales, etc.) y obligaciones de TP.
- Proporcionar información a nuestros asesores fiscales locales y apoyo y orientación durante las auditorías. Abordar y gestionar Auditorías Fiscales.
- Realizar un seguimiento de las tendencias de la industria y los cambios relacionados con los impuestos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de las reformas fiscales que puedan existir en los mercados bajo scope.
- Contador Publico con al menos 3 o 4 años de experiencia laboral exclusivamente en Impuestos (Cumplimiento Tributario/Planificación /Consultoría) en compañías multinacionales, Big 4 o industria E-commerce.
- Sólidos conocimientos de las normas tributarias de LATAM.
- Experiencia en manejo de SAP y Excel (must-have).
- Ingles intermedio / avanzado (must-have).

About The Team/role
We're looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving Escalation Coordinator to join our dynamic Restaurant team. This role is crucial for ensuring our restaurant partners receive efficient and effective support, ultimately contributing to their success on our platform. You'll dive deep into complex issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements that benefit hundreds of restaurants daily.
In this role, you'll be.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex restaurant-facing issues escalated from support
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of recurring support tickets to identify systemic issues, process breakdowns, or product bugs.
- Develop Solutions: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to propose and implement long-term solutions that prevent future escalations and improve the restaurant experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze metrics to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge Base Enhancement: Contribute to and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation to empower support and restaurant self-service.
- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to existing support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and restaurant satisfaction.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to restaurant partners regarding their escalated issues and resolutions.
- 3-5 years of experience in a advanced support, operations support, or analytical role, preferably in a tech or logistics company.
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets) and experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for explaining complex issues clearly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping partners succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Descripción del empleo
- Analizar y entender en profundidad las métricas de performance nuestros partners a través de un enfoque data-driven, presentando información procesada a los stakeholders relevantes de todos los niveles mediante las herramientas adecuadas para cada audiencia.
- Entender en detalle las principales problemáticas de los partners en PedidosYa en cada mercado donde operamos, identificando oportunidades de mejora para seguir mejorando resultados e impactando positivamente en la experiencia de todos los integrantes de nuestro ecosistema.
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y alinear procesos, información y soluciones tecnológicas para ayudar a construir una experiencia 100% digital y escalable.
- Tomar la iniciativa garantizando un ritmo rápido de testeos de nuevas prácticas y funcionalidades, velando por documentar, implementar y compartir los aprendizajes.
- Analizar, planificar y ejecutar proyectos cross-funcionales y estratégicos para el área comercial, trabajando en coordinación con distintas áreas dentro de PedidosYa (Global, Ventas, Marketing, Producto, Tecnología, y BI, entre otras).
- Ser el eje entre las necesidades locales y regionales, a su vez, mantener una mesa de trabajo fluida y dinámica con los equipos globales.
- Ser responsable en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias que ayuden a nuestros equipos comerciales a mejorar, y a que nuestros partners alcancen una óptima performance en nuestro ecosistema.
- Participación activa en la gestión y ejecución de un proyecto de inteligencia artificial en colaboración con una empresa externa.
- Profesionales o estudiantes avanzados de carreras como economía, ingeniería, administración, o afines.
- Contar con experiencia en posiciones de estrategia de negocio, análisis de datos, liderazgo de proyectos, o afines.
- Dominio intermedio/avanzado de herramientas de Office (especialmente Excel y PowerPoint).
- Conocimientos en SQL u otras herramientas de Data Analytics como Tableau, Data Studio, Looker.

Responsibilities A oportunidadeO Analista Financeiro Sênior na área de Crédito é responsável por realizar análises financeiras aprofundadas para embasar decisões de concessão de crédito, monitorar a saúde financeira da carteira de clientes e propor estratégias para mitigação de riscos. Atua como elo entre a área de negócios e a gestão de riscos, garantindo que as operações de crédito estejam alinhadas com as políticas internas e a estratégia da empresa.
O seu impacto- Elaboração e execução das estratégias de crédito.
- Elaborar e revisar modelos de score de crédito e políticas de concessão.
- Apoiar a definição de limites de crédito e condições comerciais.
- Manter o adequado controle da exposição de crédito da companhia e reportar à alta liderança quaisquer situações que possam causar impacto - interno ou mercado.
- Monitorar tendências macroeconômicas e setoriais que possam impactar o risco de crédito.
- Gestão de carteira de clientes de alta relevância e risco, emissão de relatórios gerenciais e KPIs de acompanhamento.
- Utilização de ferramentas de gestão de comportamento de crédito - CISP e Serasa.
- Interagir com áreas como Jurídico, Comercial, Riscos e Compliance para garantir a integridade das operações.
- Garantir o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da Cia.
- Atendimento a auditorias externas e internas.
- Preparar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações para comitês de crédito e alta liderança.
- Avançar nos processos de transformação digital, buscando automatizações e melhorias dos processos.
- Formação superior completa em Finanças, Contabilidade, Administração ou áreas Afins.
- Experiência sólida em análise de crédito, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras ou grandes empresas.
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel e sistemas de gestão financeira (SAP).
- Capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e atenção a detalhes.
- Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
- Conhecimento em Power BI/Tableau/ Macro (pode ser um diferencial).
- Espanhol e inglês (podem ser um diferencial).
