Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of legacy infrastructure into modern, automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform and related tools.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in alignment with DevOps best practices and organizational standards.
  • Act as a technical advisor on cloud architecture, supporting clients in multi-cloud strategies (primarily Azure, but also OCI, AWS, and GCP).
  • Champion cloud engineering standards and governance models across projects and teams.
  • Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including reliability, observability, incident response, and automation.
  • Partner with customers to assess infrastructure, define IaC strategies, and drive adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, reusable templates, and modular architectures to support scalable IaC implementations.
  • Mentor and coach teams on DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native engineering best practices.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, particularly in Azure, and preferably also in OCI, AWS, and GCP.
  • Demonstrated experience in modernizing legacy environments and defining cloud adoption roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong application-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in platform engineering or experience building internal developer platforms.
