The Software Engineer will join the Identity and Access Management program to be part of Development team responsible to build a robust, secure, and scalable Access Rights Management platform. The system should be able to manage and provision access rights across various applications used by Eurofins. This role requires understanding of different types of access controls and experience in implementing policies using Rego and the Open Policy Agent (OPA) framework.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to understand the Business Requirements of Access Rights management System.
- Implement fine-grained access control policies and mechanisms tailored to the needs of business applications
- Follow coding standards and perform unit testing to ensure the developed/modified code is of good quality.
- Be part of Scrum team, participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to develop the solution iteratively using agile methodology.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and Rego policies.
- Collaborate with peer developers to ensure stories are developed as per User Acceptance criteria.

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong people management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Technical leadership: Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, help the team with problem solving by offering suggestions, technical guidelines and feedback, ensure quality, performance and security. Deliver results and challenge the team, actively working in technical discussions, architecture and other decisions, focused on Development routines;
- Project Management: ensure valuable deliveries, timeline, ceremonies, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned, propose changes to the existing SW Development process to achieve better results;
- People Management: evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide career direction, hiring and dismissal process, ability to retain talents;
- Relationship management with multiple stakeholders (both technical and business), taking accountability to deliver software solutions and getting development team’s commitment;
- Suggest and promote process improvements.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related areas or equivalent work experience;
- Experience with Software Development;
- Experience in a leadership role in software development projects;
- Experience in delivering software projects, management, building and staffing of software development teams;
- Manage customer expectations while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer/product delivery goals;
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies;

What is the scope of this role?
This position is primarily responsible for acting as the Technical Team Lead for Netcracker Development team and enhancing the relationship with the client and other vendors.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Lead for Development Team.
- Escalation point of contact for Netcracker Technical management teams.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and usher them through the entire lifecycle.
- Develop tools and ensure processes are followed to secure code quality and improve productivity.
- Ensure cross communication between our Engineering team.
- Ensure the standard processes are followed between programs.
- Ensures that roadmap discussions are held between the customer and NC to ensure performance & scalability of the solution.
- Participates in code and design reviews.
- Provide technical design and/or understanding of the work being delivered.
- Communicate timeline impacts if any to Program and Project Management team(s).
- Able to understand the delivered solution and speak towards functionality and impact analysis of delivered artifacts.
- Participate in selection of new resources.
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience Managing Development teams.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development activities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Customer relationship management.
- Strong familiarity with source code management systems.
- Experienced in Continuous Integration, Configuration Management, Agile and iterative processes.
- UML Experienced with SOA, TDD, Principles.
- Development process organization.
- Design Reviews.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese languages.
- Availability to work from office in Hybrid mode.
- Previous experience working with Telecoms or IT Integration companies is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experiencia en integración de Informix con otras tecnologías (ETL, APIs, etc.).
Conocimientos en lenguajes como Python, Java o Shell Scripting.
