+ Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders

**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Be a player & coach to combine people leadership, strategic partnership, and hands on data activities to problem solve
+ Accountable for product owner activities of North America Trade Promotion Management (TPM) reporting such as but not limited to backlog prioritization, requirements definition, defining the roadmap, communicating with stakeholders, collaborating with support team to ensure timely ticket closure, and continually improving the product.
+ Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities, and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards.
+ As an investigator on the data & analytics team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of **SQL** databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools and producing data visualizations and reporting dashboards.
+ Define requirements for analysis in a given business area, perform detailed analysis, and identify trends defined in the requirements.
+ Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions.
+ Lead the team to perform root-cause analysis and **continuous improvement** .
**Education / Certifications:**
+ 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics required
+ 3+ years of work experience as a **Leader in Data Analytics** field required
+ Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
+ Postgraduate degree in Data & Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
**Job specific requirements:**
Leader mindset - **Leading technical teams** to success through clear decision-making, accountability, and a hands-on approach
+ Experience in Commercial Business domain, ideally in **CPG or FMCG** industry including industry-specific external data sources as **POS Sellout Data, Nielsen Syndicated Data** .
+ Experience in promotion and trade planning (Trade Promotion Management (TPM) data is a big plus.
+ Fluent in English.
+ Experience with **Master Data** challenges between external and internal data sources.
+ Relevant experience throughout entire SDLC - from ideation to hypercare
+ Experience working with Agile using tools like Jira or ADO is required.
+ Power BI, Tableau experience required and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) experience strongly preferred
+ Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals

Key Responsibilities


Data Collection & Management:

  • Gather and extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data models for reporting and analysis.


Data Analysis & Interpretation:

  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling using various analytical techniques.
  • Identify key metrics, track performance, and uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations based on results.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.


Reporting & Visualization:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Create compelling visual representations of data that tell a clear story and highlight key findings.
  • Automate routine reports and develop self-service analytics capabilities for business users.


Communication & Collaboration:

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different departments, including management, marketing, product, and operations.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineers and other data professionals to ensure data quality and accessibility.


Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements across the business.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new analytical techniques, and data technologies.
Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.


Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense).
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python with Pandas/NumPy/SciPy, R) for data analysis and modeling.

We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer who can help build dashboard solutions that support multiple areas using AWS technologies. In this role, you will interact and work across multi-disciplinary teams: game design, art, engineering and user acquisition.

Main Responsibilities:

Work with terabyte scale of data daily;

Build and improve data processes using programming languages (preferably scala, python) & Big Data tools/frameworks;

Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure data quality;

Manage data consumption and governance of multiple datasets and analysis;

Interact with stakeholders for better understanding and validation of reports;

Optimize the performance of data models;

Research and develop new methods, tools, and technologies;

Develop SQL queries to extract/organize data from different sources and make it available for data analysts.

Skills Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of generating reports from different sources of data;
  • Some experience manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources;
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills;
  • Programming experience, manipulating and analyzing data (Python and Scala) is a plus;
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Enjoy working in both individual and team settings;
  • Passionate, self-motivated and capable of self-direction;
  • Good team player;
  • Strong passion for gaming;
  • BS in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Economics, or other technical field;
  • Advanced English

Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay

Ryz Labs is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join one of our clients. This Data Analyst will sit within the Analytics team within the larger Product org. This is a high-impact role where you will partner with leaders to define KPIs, own measurement and analysis of product metrics, analyze, test, and build dashboards to monitor tech product performance, identify new opportunities to improve KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to inform product roadmaps.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-up
  • Results-oriented with the ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple sources of information
  • Advanced skills in SQL, capable of writing complex and optimized queries
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with experiment design and test analysis
  • Experience in Python and/or R is a plus
  • Previous experience in Travel/Hospitality analytics is preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and eager to learn
You will:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define clear, actionable metrics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance trends and ensure stakeholders have reliable insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance changes and answer high-priority questions
  • Identify new opportunities for product growth or optimization through user behavior analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to influence product roadmaps and KPIs
