What You'll Be Doing
Você será responsável por coordenar e suportar toda a operação do ERP Oracle Fusion LATAM (Brasil e Chile), liderando uma equipe de analistas e garantindo a estabilidade e evolução da plataforma. Atuará em projetos estratégicos, com forte interação com os principais stakeholders da empresa, fornecedores e consultorias parceiras. A principal tecnologia utilizada será o Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, com foco nos módulos financeiros, suprimentos entre outros.
Quais serão suas responsabilidades?
- Coordenar a operação e evolução do ERP Oracle Fusion, garantindo a estabilidade e performance da plataforma;
- Liderar a equipe de analistas, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando entregas e promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico do time;
- Atuar como ponto focal para os principais stakeholders da empresa, entendendo demandas e traduzindo-as em soluções no sistema;
- Gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores e consultorias, acompanhando contratos, SLAs e entregas;
- Planejar e executar melhorias contínuas nos processos suportados pelo ERP, com foco em eficiência e aderência às melhores práticas;
- Garantir a correta gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças, atuando com times internos e externos;
- Participar de projetos estratégicos de implantação, atualização ou integração de sistemas relacionados ao Oracle Fusion;
- Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica e funcional dos processos e customizações do ERP;
- Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo evidências e garantindo conformidade com políticas e normas;
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da plataforma e propor ações corretivas ou preventivas quando necessário.
- Experiência comprovada na coordenação de times de suporte e sustentação de ERP, preferencialmente Oracle Fusion;
- Conhecimento sólido nos módulos financeiros e de suprimentos do Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP;
- Vivência em gestão de demandas, incidentes, melhorias e projetos de ERP;
- Habilidade para atuar com stakeholders internos, fornecedores e consultorias externas;
- Capacidade de liderança, organização e comunicação clara com diferentes áreas da empresa.
- Certificações Oracle (ex: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Financials Cloud);
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado para leitura e comunicação com fornecedores globais;

Primary Responsibilities- Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs and initiatives to achieve short and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes. Lead effort to maintain project documentation. Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as required.
- Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues. Analyzes information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to project team. Apply critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.
- Reviews and analyzes highly complex departmental reports and spreadsheets, including productivity analyses, historical reporting, workflow analyses and financial analyses for Mortgage Operations. Ability to distill information and create an executive summary to drive action.
- Coordinates with internal business partners, external vendors and Technology to address issues impacting Mortgage Operations.
- Provides support for departmental audits including user certifications and compliance testing for Mortgage Operations.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Leads the planning of departmental meetings including agenda, minutes, action items and follow-up.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration and 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with financial analysis, regulatory analysis, process analysis and technical writing. Audit or Consulting experience.
- Develops area of expertise; understands broader organizational goals; asks probing questions; experiments; overcomes obstacles
- Expands contribution within department; engages others in problem solving; presents views clearly; functions at a high level across unique groups; empathetic
