O que você vai fazer

  • Coordenar a execução das atividades desenvolvidas por equipes de produção;

  • Acompanhar o desempenho das equipes de produção, nas diversas etapas do processo, verificando os níveis de produtividade e definindo estratégias para sua maximização e visando alcançar as metas estabelecidas no planejamento;

Your role

Cybersecurity Services Business Development , Senior Managing Consultant Overview

Mastercard has evolved into a comprehensive technology and services platform. By expanding into areas such as fraud prevention, loyalty, personalization, and data analytics, Mastercard now supports banks, merchants, and governments in delivering smarter, more secure, and highly personalized customer experiences.

And as digital commerce has grown, so have the security challenges. Cyber threats now extend beyond individual transactions to entire digital ecosystems, requiring a broader approach to protection. Recognizing this, Mastercard strengthened its cybersecurity capabilities through strategic acquisitions, beginning with RiskRecon in 2019 and more recently Recorded Future, a global leader in threat intelligence. These additions enable Mastercard to offer advanced cyber risk assessment and real-time threat detection, helping clients safeguard their entire digital footprint—not just the payments themselves.

About the Role:

The Cybersecurity Business Development will contribute to the growth of Mastercard’s Cyber business in this key segment. As the P&L owner for Mastercard Cybersecurity within the Division, you will lead the strategic growth and commercial success of the cybersecurity business, driving revenue through both direct sales engagement and liaising across any relevant customer facing teams to maximize sales for Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities will include:

Build & Oversee the GTM Operating Model for the Division
-Define a collaborative operating model with clear joint account coverage
-Connect sales and SBL teams under a unified MA Cyber narrative and sales process

Coordinate Internal Execution Across Teams
-Facilitate key client introductions across businesses
(cross-sell opportunities between RF/ RR/ Consulting)
-Oversee sales enablement, especially for SBLs
(sales collateral, pitch decks, training, pipeline visibility)
-Align product, sales, CS and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals

Specialist Cyber Sales
-End-to-end ownership of sales, with focus on consulting bundles
-Recorded Future & Risk Recon referrals for Mastercard managed Accounts
Identify issues, take improvement actions and communicate progress
-Report clearly on commercial integration progress
-Track lead funnel health and conversion efficiency: and take improvement actions
-Advise on integration risks

Success will be measured by sales performance, client impact, and contribution to the expansion of Mastercard’s cybersecurity solutions footprint.


Required Qualifications

Cybersecurity experience:
•10+ years’ work experience which includes time spent in cybersecurity consulting or technology sales.
•Industry savvy, understanding emerging cyber trends and creatively leveraging market opportunities.
•Working experience with sales of security services, consulting and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness and training, cloud security, crisis and incident response management, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management, security in disruptive technologies such AI - Artificial Intelligence, CRQ – Cyber Risk Quantification, web application firewall, and identity theft protection.
Diverse stakeholder management
•Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
•Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without formal authority
•Track record of delivering results through structured planning, rigorous execution, and attention to detail
•Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving business priorities and market dynamics
•Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed tactical execution skills to drive overall client impact and ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations.

Commercial experience
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulate storytelling and translating complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with clients.
•Direct selling or customer facing experience, identifying client needs and building cybersecurity proposals.
•Ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities.
•Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with both mid- and executive-level clients
•NOTE: No non-competes that prevent sales interactions with clients in the financial services sector.

Preferred Qualifications
•Successful tenure at a top tier strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman)
•Experience with the application of information security standards and good practices (such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA).
•Experience with payment ecosystem security: understanding of security needs for potential customers within your segment (sales territory)
•Experience in managing P&L responsibility or similar business ownership roles, with a focus on growth and profitability

This role will be pivotal to ensure we remain at the forefront of the evolving payments landscape by driving the adoption and integration of emerging payment technologies identifying and delivering innovative solutions. You will drive this strategy and execution in close partnerships with CSCs and local Consumer Product teams in alignment and collaboration with global stakeholders and regional stakeholders (i.e. Market Development and Acceptance teams).

Responsibilities:

Drive the expansion of APM solutions in LAC, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of the region.
• upport the deployment of APM solutions acting as a liaison between local and global teams to ensure timely execution and readiness of key workstreams including product value proposition, go to market, and commercialization strategies.
• P rtner with regional market development team to drive engagements with regional players.
• R gional SME to work in partnership with regional Debit/Prepaid team and CSC/local teams to identify opportunities to replicate, customize, and scale disruptive and innovative solutions/models.
• P ovide support and propose solutions to complex technical subjects, supporting the implementation and customer-facing teams.
• C ampion our Labs and Innovation practices and help identify opportunities for these services to drive incremental revenue.
• C eate team-wide presentations, strategy documents, and executive updates to be shared with Sr Management and regional counterparts.
• T ke ownership of ad-hoc requests to support local engagements (e.g. branding, CVP, stakeholder narratives / value articulation, etc.).

Director Product Manager, Regional Virtual Card Lead – SME Mastercard is a technology company in the global payments space. Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (SMEs) are a critical driver of global economy growth and represent 75% of the global workforce and about 50% of the global GDP. Additionally, SMEs foster inclusion, as minorities own 45% of small businesses, and 1/3 of small businesses are women-owned. As such, SMEs have become a top priority for many governments and enterprises.

Mastercard segment strategy is based on continuing to drive growth in core products aside to driving additional long terms growth by developing new innovative solutions and expanding product distribution.

The successful candidate will be the key regional virtual card number (VCN) resource that will partner with the various Mastercard stakeholders within region, along with banks, acquirers, fintech & other SME service providers. They will identify, support and, at times, lead all go to market opportunities for virtual card spend and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional strategy for VCN and in SME.
• efine possible partnership framework, assess global partners, and accelerate efforts to drive incremental B2B volumes across the regions.
• P ovide trends, insights, and changes to the SME landscape to support our segment strategy in both physical and virtual card spend.
• C llaborate with global SME segment product management and development teams on ensuring SME products and solutions are developed and enhanced with SME and non-bank distribution partners’ inputs in mind and according to the SME product distribution standards.
• Pro ide support regional product and sales teams in customer and partner facing conversations (in pre and after-sales) on card controls, virtual cards, and tokenization. This includes having a detailed understanding of product features to identify and implement solutions (in partnership with the Customer Solutions Centre and the local product team).
• P ovide support to the sales teams in pre and after-sales partner meetings
• P rtner with global government, fintech, digital partnerships and GPS teams to identify potential SME B2B use cases, risks, and regulations.
• D velop use cases, playbooks, and distribution model archetypes that can be leveraged for scaling efforts.
• C llaborate with colleagues to capture more SME B2B Flows. GTM/Rollout support for all new B2B solutions, partnerships and initiatives.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist to join our team and support Mastercard's strategy related to alternative payment methods (APM) in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects and collaborating with global and local stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric product vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, development objectives and market trends
• Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor
• Deepen understanding of customers’ needs, motivations, and pain points
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
• Own and manage product documentation that expands knowledge beyond product team
• Intake Process Management: Design, develop, and maintain the intake process to capture new opportunities for partnerships or identify threats that require attention.
• Risk and Opportunity Monitoring: Partner with global and local teams to track and monitor the risks and opportunities within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and incorporate them into the APMs strategy.
• Project Management: Act as project manager for multiple projects and workstreams with APMs happening in parallel across the region.
• Impact Analysis and Documentation: Capture the impact in value of the projects and construct documentation for directional decision-making to the Steering Committees.
• Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the initiatives to Senior Management.
