About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Project Manager to drive execution across key business initiatives. You’ll own timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects moving across teams—whether it’s a product launch, website update, or operational workflow improvement. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments using tools like Asana or Trello
- Lead weekly check-ins and ensure stakeholders are aligned on priorities and blockers
- Track progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Work closely with teams across marketing, e-commerce, operations, creative, and CX
- Manage launch calendars and product release schedules
- Help streamline internal processes and documentation to improve efficiency
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and external vendors
- Keep leadership informed with clear reporting and status updates
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects across departments
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive
- Familiar with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar)
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Comfort in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
- Experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Background in digital marketing, product, or creative production

Main responsibilitiesAtribuições do dia a dia:
- Gerenciar carteira de clientes com foco em relacionamento e performance;
- Liderar projetos de implantação de e-commerce, do planejamento à entrega;
- Prestar consultoria técnica e estratégica sobre plataformas VTEX e Shopify;
- Identificar melhorias e inovações para os projetos em andamento;
- Acompanhar cronograma, prazos e orçamento das entregas;
- Criar estrutura e configurar as plataformas dos sites dos clientes;
- Conduzir projetos de implantação de CRM do início ao fim e integrar com plataformas como VTEX, Shopify, Nuvemshop, Tray, além de ERPs, gateways de pagamento e sistemas de atendimento.
Obrigatórios:
- Experiência comprovada com VTEX (mínimo 2 anos);
- Vivência anterior em agências digitais ou de e-commerce;
- Experiência com gestão de carteira de clientes e múltiplos projetos;
- Ter equipamentos de trabalho próprios;
- Experiência comprovada na implantação e configuração de CRM, incluindo integrações técnicas;
- Cursos que comprovem conhecimento em e-commerce.

ITTConnect is seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer for a position with a client that is a leader in Salesforce consulting, digital transformation, and technology, based in the United States.
Job location : Remote anywhere in Brazil.
As a member of the Global Services team, the Salesforce B2B Commerce / Experience Cloud Developer will be responsible for development of high-performance, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, with a focus on B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities- Perform support and development activities for applications/projects assigned.
- Integrate Experience Cloud / B2B Commerce to ERP or OMS systems using common eCommerce integrations such as payment, tax, inventory, invoices, and order history.
- Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to satisfy business requirements.
- Create clean, modular, re-usable, and well-documented code.
- Write and perform unit testing.
- Author and Maintain System Configuration Documentation
- Collaborate with a development team using Jira, Slack, source code management, and dev ops tools.
- 4+ years of total Salesforce development experience (CRM, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud, etc.) working with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Controllers & Triggers, Web Services, Flows , etc.
- 2+ years of either Experience Cloud (partner / customer portal, etc.) or B2B Commerce (Lightning) development.
- Expert in understanding the Salesforce data model (Products, Price Books, Accounts & Contacts), how to extend them, and appropriate use of custom objects.
- Expert in integrating Salesforce with external applications through the use of external APIs (REST, SOAP, XML) , middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), or leveraging native Salesforce APIs.
- Experience implementing and integrating Salesforce app exchange products.
- Very good level of English, both verbal and written.
- Effective communication skills to gather requirements, deliver design requirements, and update teams.
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, CMS, and other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service, Sales, etc.)
