Responsabilidades e atribuições
Carteira Diária
Atualizar informações da carteira com base nos dados bancários;
Compreender a dinâmica completa da carteira;
Validar classificações de lançamentos realizados pela RCB e pelo Administrador/Custodiante (Oslo).
Bloqueios Judiciais
Atualizar dados bancários em planilhas de controle;
Organizar e controlar comprovantes de bloqueio;
Atualizar o sistema com informações pertinentes;
Analisar composições de saldo via extrato bancário;
Validar tipos de desbloqueio judicial e confrontar saldos;
Apoiar as áreas jurídicas e realizar solicitações aos bancos.
Recebíveis
Atualizar planilhas de identificação e efetuar reconhecimento no sistema (baixa de Batch ID e estornos no Alpheratz);
Validar recebimentos mediante análise de comprovantes.
Mantis – Fundos
Controlar e organizar chamados (mantis) abertos e junto aos bancos;
Conciliar recebimentos entre comprovantes, sistemas (Alpheratz, Custody) e valores pendentes;
Apoiar o time de Operações na resolução dos casos.
Rateio de Despesas
Atualizar planilhas de rateio com informações externas (Microstrategy ou planilhas de suporte);
Validar fórmulas e valores finais.
Controle de Tarifas Bancárias
Atualizar mensalmente as tarifas cobradas;
Classificar despesas por tipo e validar valores conforme acordos bancários.
Requisitos e qualificações
Excel:
domínio de fórmulas financeiras e lógicas básicas (SOMA, SOMASES, SUBTOTAL, SE, SEERRO, ARRED, PROCV etc.);
Formação:
Superior completo ou cursando em: Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis.

Remuneração: R$2.500

• Manage the onboarding of 3PL (third-party logistics) partners from start to finish.
• Coordinate compliance checks and make sure all partner documents (e.g. CNPJ, tax records, bank details) meet legal and financial requirements.
