O Analista de SEO é o profissional responsável pelo planejamento, implementação, supervisão e acompanhamento de resultados das estratégias de SEO – Search Engine Optimization, adotadas pela loja virtual. Tem como objetivo aumentar o tráfego, taxa de conversão e vendas dos canais orgânicos.
Responsibilities- Auditoria/Diagnóstico do site para identificação de oportunidades e melhorias de conteúdo para SEO e pesquisa de palavras-chave estratégicas para cada cada página e/ou produto do site
- Correção de problemas de SEO onpage e de SEO técnico
- Análise e acompanhamento de concorrentes para a identificação de oportunidades em SEO (lacunas de palavras-chave, por exemplo)
- Acompanhamento de métricas orgânicas de performance (sessões, usuários, novos usuários, taxa de engajamento, taxa de rejeição, posicionamento de palavra-chave, etc.)
- Criação de documentações de melhorias identificadas em auditorias ralizadas e de acompanhamento de resultados provindos de tráfego orgânico e tráfego de referência
- Elaboração de estratégia e curadoria de link building e guestpost
- Identificação constante de oportunidades e melhorias de otimizações a serem realizadas e oportunidades de melhora do tráfego orgânico a partir de diferentes estratégias

Você terá a missão de assumir o direcionamento técnico da nossa plataforma, liderar decisões de performance (Core Web Vitals, auto-scaling, otimização de rastreamento, etc.), e colaborar com áreas de Produto, SEO, RevOps e Engenharia para manter e escalar uma infraestrutura crítica para o crescimento da empresa, e entregar novas features e ferramentas gratuitas.

Otimizar performance para crawlers em escala massiva , especialmente Googlebot e IAs.
Reduzir latência e custo com soluções de cache, arquitetura e tuning fino (Node, Elastic, GCP).
Atuar em problemas técnicos que afetam SEO (rendering, indexabilidade, performance real e percebida).
Colaborar com o time de Produto e SEO para direcionar backlog técnico.
Implementar práticas robustas de observabilidade, auto-scaling e engenharia de confiabilidade.

While SEO and content play a key role in this position, the coordinator will also be responsible for supporting other digital marketing initiatives as required.
Responsibilities:
- Constantly strives to maintain the happiness and satisfaction of all clients under management by delivering quality work within defined timeframes.
- Coordinate the delivery of various digital marketing products, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Web development & Updates
- PPC Campaigns (Google/FB)
- Responsible for organizing delivery through external vendors as well as internal processes, tech, and tool sets.
- Provide accurate reporting and analytical data where required.
- Deliver projects based on specific KPI and quality metrics.
- Solve delivery issues in a professional, creative, and timely manner.
- Operate within a project management system (ClickUp preferred) to ensure organization and speed.
- Must be able to manage priorities effectively.
- Attend daily check-in meetings with the team to report on progress and highlight any issues.
- Set appropriate timelines for deliverables and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project delays.
- Drive projects forward and highlight obstacles that require management’s attention.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and AI-driven search trends (SGE, AI-generated search results).
- Strong content writing skills – experience writing web content, ad copy, and SEO-driven articles is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is preferred.
- Google Ad certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and display critical thinking skills.
- Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is preferred.
- Highly organized with effective systems and tools in place.
- Demonstrates persistence, strives to improve skills, and achieves goals in all facets of their role.
