Job Overview:
We’re looking for a talented SEO Manager to join our remote team. This role is also commonly referred to as an SEO Lead, SEO Strategy Manager, Search Marketing Manager or Senior SEO Manager, depending on your background and industry experience.
This role requires a strong mix of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
What Will You Do?
- Own and lead SEO strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Conduct high-level SEO audits and delegate implementation tasks to SEO Specialists and other team members.
- Oversee and refine keyword strategies, on-page optimization plans, and backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with the content team to guide SEO-focused content strategy, ensure copy quality, and identify opportunities to grow rankings and conversions.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools; deliver actionable insights and monthly reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site-wide.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Deep understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- Google Analytics Certified.
- Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Very high attention to detail.
Work Timings:
- 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday-Friday). Fully remote .

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our remote team. This role is also commonly referred to as a SEO Analyst, Organic Search Specialist, Organic Search Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist, depending on your background and industry experience.
As an SEO Specialist at Wisevu, you will be working with a lead SEO Accounts Manager to help execute and implement diverse SEO tasks and improve clients’ search engine rankings both on-page and off-page. What Will You Do?

- Lead content research, strategy, and management; collaborate with writers to refine copy and boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.

- Maintain Google My Business profiles, including image uploads and posts.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience working within a digital marketing agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong Technical Understanding of SEO algorithms and ability to execute SEO (On-page and Off-page) tasks effectively.
- Ability to analyze analytics and reports, track website metrics, and use data to make informed decisions about SEO strategies and tactics.
- Google Analytics Certified.
- Experience in Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).

You will act as the strategic owner Avalara’s SEO Strategy , working closely with our Growth Marketing teams, Website Engineering teams, Content Strategists, and Information Architect to align SEO efforts to broader business goals, ensuring we maximize opportunities to reach qualified prospects worldwide.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be- Build and prioritize the SEO backlog, addressing internal linking, Core Web Vitals, AI-driven optimizations, and optimizing for a worldwide multisite structure.
- Lead comprehensive keyword and intent analysis, translating insights into actionable content briefs for the content team.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including traffic, rankings, conversions, and share of voice using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker, etc.
- Regularly present insights, analytics, and actionable next steps to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Deploy and refine AI tools and workflows aimed at optimizing Avalara’s presence in SERP features, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and conversational search platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content marketing, analytics, engineering, Technical SEO PM, and external agency partners.
- Work closely with teams handling AI-generated content and external reputation management to enhance visibility.
- Partner with Technical Search PM and engineering teams to maximize content and technical SEO enhancements.
- Lead initiatives to produce engaging, SEO-driven content.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to launch impactful content assets that boost SEO and AI platform visibility.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, proactively translating industry developments into actionable strategies.
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally within technology or B2B.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console, Looker, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Adobe Analytics).
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and AOIs strategies.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
