We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Project Manager to take full ownership of our project execution process. This role is critical to ensuring every marketing product is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. You’ll be the central hub between our internal team, freelancers, and clients, keeping projects on track, holding everyone accountable, and leading initiatives from concept to completion.

This Project Manager position will join the PERM Advertising team. The PERM Advertising team provides U.S. immigration-based recruitment advertising and consulting services to U.S. lawyers and law firms.

A PERM Project Manager will support clients with the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects. This is an administrative, non-technical role focused on scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

This is a fully remote position. Working our will be in Eastern Standard Time (United States time zone). Fluency in spoken and written English is required as you will be collaborating with U.S.-based team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Quality assurance functions that involve the careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Manage all lifecycle stages for a project from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Liderar projetos SAP com escopo de localização no Brasil (greenfield, rollout, carve-out, upgrades, atualizações de NT) desde o início até o hypercare.

• Definir escopo, cronograma, orçamento e recursos; estabelecer governança de projeto e planos de comunicação.

• Conduzir workshops de requisitos e adequação aos padrões com stakeholders de negócios, impostos e finanças no Brasil.

We’re looking for a Kronos Project Manager who will be responsible for Project Management working with multiple teams composed of members from the client, internal and other external vendors, and partners. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of large-scale software globally. (Kronos implementation experience preferred, but other Time & Labour software experience will be considered)
• Working and implementing Workforce Dimensions and/or Dell Boomi for Dimensions is a plus.
