As a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bring sharp strategy, organizational excellence, and creative instinct to every project. This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategy, Planning & Execution: Own the content calendar; plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters; ensure content is on-message and on time.
  • Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
  • Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.

Social Media Management
  • Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.
Paid Media
  • Understand paid social and ad copywriting and collaborate with the paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads.
SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance
  • Work with our SEO specialist to track performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products or brand through digital media. Through digital channels such as blogs, websites, search engines, social media, email, and others, they will work to address the pain points and desires of consumers and potential customers. - Developing tactical and operational plans to implement high-reach and relevant campaigns, increasing the company/startup's presence on social media;

- Executing development plans for digital brand positioning campaigns, continuously converting the data necessary for campaign success within the company;

- Producing advertising and publicity campaigns on social media, using graphic design platforms such as Photoshop & Illustrator;

- Developing a marketing metrics dashboard for reporting and continuous improvement and adjustments necessary for campaign success;

Associate Account Manager, Digital Marketing

Associate Account Managers within Thomas Marketing Services oversee our clients’ marketing programs and communicate updates about their marketing, website, and SEO programs. Associate AMs collaborate with clients’ internal stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts and keep programs moving smoothly. This role reports directly to an Account Director on the Client Services team and works alongside a team of other Associate Account Managers and Account Managers.

What you'll be doing as an Associate AM:

  • Serve as clients’ primary point of contact for their Thomas Marketing Services programs: programs can include SEO, PPC, and/or website builds and rebuilds
  • Conduct client calls to review program KPIs, deliverable updates, and overall program progress
  • Collect and document client goals and deliverable feedback for use by cross-functional teams (design, development, SEM, and social media)
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to execute program deliverables; including content and messaging for website pages, SEO, emails, blogs, eBooks, and social media
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion or adjustments to better suit client needs

What you bring to our team:

  • 2+ years experience in a digital marketing role; agency preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience
  • Some knowledge of best practices for SEO, social media, email marketing, and/or blog writing
  • Experience with our tech stack: Hubspot, Google Analytics, or WordPress
  • Outstanding communication and people skills

Some nice-to-have experience:

  • B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Agency experience
  • Experience using SEO tools (such as SEMRush, AHRefs, Google Ads, Optmyzer, Google Search Console), LinkedIn analytics, Data Studio reporting from Google, A/B testing software, and/or chatbot plugins
  • Certifications: Hubspot (email, Inbound), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, or project management

What you will do

  • Develop, test, and optimize compelling ad copies to improve campaign performance;
