Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Content Producer focada em vídeo e marketing digital , capaz de liderar a criação e organização de um alto volume de conteúdos em múltiplos formatos e canais. O desafio é grande: garantir consistência, qualidade e escala na produção de mais de 100 criativos por mês para Meta (cobrindo tanto anúncios pagos quanto canais orgânicos), além de outros materiais de marketing.
Esse papel vai além de escrever — envolve produção de vídeo, coordenação de freelancers e criadores de UGC, uso de ferramentas de IA para otimizar processos e entrega de conteúdos que realmente impactem em performance e crescimento.

What you will do- Produzir e organizar conteúdos em vídeo e formatos digitais, com foco em performance de marketing (anúncios pagos, orgânico, social media, YouTube, etc.).
- Escalar produção de criativos: coordenar a criação de mais de 100 peças por mês para campanhas em Meta (Facebook/Instagram), com variedade de estilos e formatos.
- Gerenciar processos e pipeline de conteúdo: estruturar calendários, fluxos de aprovação e entregas de alto volume.
- Usar ferramentas de IA (ex.: ChatGPT, Descript, Midjourney, Runway) para acelerar roteiros, edições e variações criativas.
- Trabalhar com freelancers e UGC creators (roteiristas, editores de vídeo, designers), garantindo qualidade, prazo e alinhamento à estratégia de marca.
- Criar e revisar materiais de marketing além de vídeos — como apresentações, PDFs e peças de suporte a vendas.
- Aprovar e otimizar conteúdos: revisar qualidade, clareza, consistência de marca e potencial de performance.
- Experiência comprovada em produção de vídeo para marketing digital (YouTube, anúncios para Meta, podcasts, webinars, etc.).
- Vivência na coordenação de alto volume de criativos e organização de processos de produção.
- Experiência na criação de conteúdo para marketing e vendas (não apenas conteúdo educativo).
- Habilidade para gerenciar freelancers e criadores de UGC.
- Experiência prática com ferramentas de IA aplicadas à criação de conteúdo.
- Boa noção de tecnologia, programação básica ou cultura tech.
- Excelente organização e gestão de projetos.
- Inglês avançado.
- Experiência em EdTech, SaaS ou produtos baseados em IA.
- Conhecimento de métricas de performance de conteúdo e capacidade de ajustar estratégias com base em dados.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Title: DIGITAL MARKETING DEVELOPER
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Developer intern to join our team in a 30-week internship opportunity. The ideal candidate is a talented college student who aspires to gain experience in the fields of International Business and Information Technology.
The intern will have access to:

QualificationsThe intern needs to meet the following requirements:
- Experience with Canvas
- Studies, completed or in progress, in STEM fields.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Resolver problemas relacionados a contas de clientes, políticas internas e suporte geral;
- Realizar atendimento multiskill (chat, e-mail e/ou voz) de forma humanizada, com alto volume e variedade de demandas;
- Gerenciar múltiplos atendimentos simultaneamente por diferentes canais, utilizando diversas ferramentas online;
- Consultar constantemente guias internos e seguir normas e políticas de atendimento com precisão;
- Atingir e manter as métricas de desempenho (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Qualidade);
- Comunicar-se com o time interno em inglês – leitura e interpretação de texto em inglês são essenciais.
- Ter no mínimo 18 anos de idade;
- Ter no mínimo o Ensino Médio Completo (superior cursando ou completo será um diferencial);
- Diferencial possuir experiência em Call Center com atuação de Suporte ao Cliente;
- Diferencial possuir conhecimento em Marketing Digital;
- Ter inglês nível Intermediário ou Avançado (haverá testes);
- Necessário residir próximo ou ter fácil acesso à Unidade Nova São Paulo (Zona Sul de São Paulo).
- Conhecimentos básicos de informática e digitação (obrigatório);
- Boa comunicação interpessoal e empatia para lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes;
- Capacidade de gerenciar o tempo e trabalhar com autonomia, mesmo sob alta demanda;
- Organização, foco em resultados e atenção aos detalhes.
- Salário : R$ 2.500,00 + variável
- Horário de Trabalho : Matutino/Vespertino/Noturno
- Observação: Podem ocorrer variações de acordo com a disponibilidade da operação. No momento o treinamento é no período da manhã, é necessário ter disponibilidade para treinamento das 09h00 às 15h20

What You’ll Do
Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
- Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
- Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
- Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
- Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
- Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead
- Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
- Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.
- Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
- You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads
- Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
- SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
- Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.
- Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
- Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
- Know what content performs, and why.
- Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.

This hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role blends content strategy, project management, copywriting, and digital performance analysis — perfect for someone who thrives on moving seamlessly between planning and execution. You’ll be the glue connecting design, video, and messaging, turning ideas into structured campaigns that perform across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email.
This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.
In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.
What You’ll Do- Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
- Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
- Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
- Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
- Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
- Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead.
- Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
- Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.
- Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
- You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads
- Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
- SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
- Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.
- Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
- Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
- Know what content performs, and why.
- Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
- Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.

- Drive innovation with our Cabana Club and ELITE loyalty programs : audit performance, benchmark competitors, and assist in campaign planning, propose new strategies
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing team on loyalty flows, segmentation ideas, and re-engagement strategy
- Maintain strong organization and visibility into timelines and team deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
- Strong project management skills and cross-functional coordination experience
- Comfortable managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing with support from channel specialists
- Familiarity with web QA, Figma reviews, and working with development teams
- Detail-oriented with strong written English and task ownership
