RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES- Planejamento do Projeto: Definir objetivos, cronogramas, recursos e comunicação, monitorando para entregar no prazo, dentro do orçamento e com qualidade.
- Gestão de Riscos e Qualidade: Identificar e mitigar riscos, assegurando que processos e entregas atendam aos padrões de qualidade por meio de revisões periódicas.
- Monitoramento das Atividades: Supervisionar atividades de implantação, garantindo uso eficiente de recursos e alinhamento com os objetivos, ajustando o progresso quando necessário.
- Gestão de Crise: Em conjunto com a equipe, gerenciar crises durante a implantação, implementando estratégias para minimizar impactos.
- Relatório Interno: Elaborar e apresentar relatórios sobre status, riscos e desempenho dos projetos para apoiar decisões e manter transparência.

Overview
A Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) supports and provides competent advice to the Project Manager in all Quality aspects throughout the lifetime of the projects within the Compression Business, which comprises compressor plants and their components for all application in the international oil & gas industry. The QMiP is the main point of contact for the project team, connecting with customers and collaborators to meet quality expectations as per contract and regulations. This includes ensuring that requirements are entered into the design and build of the project; tests and inspections are performed to prove fulfilment and that the project adheres to the applicable processes. On project level, the QMiP leads and coordinates a globally located team of supporting Quality functions as part of daily responsibilities and routines. The QMiP also supports the bid preparation stage by reviewing customer quality-related specifications and providing comments and exceptions with budget estimations.
What You’ll Make An Impact
- Review customer contract & specification during the project for quality aspects like country-specific certifications, product safety, etc. Support the PM in presenting deviations to the customer and obtain approvals for NCRs.
- Ensure proper documentation to prove resolution of punch items.
- Review quality items in supplier contracts, including supplier ITP. Coordinate Quality Plans for the Project (including project ITP). Monitor the fulfilment of the project requirements.
- Participate in PACT workshops to raise and communicate quality risks. Participate in Risk & Opportunity Assessments (ROA) and updates.
- Support the customer through creation of Site Quality Plans. Attend inspections and tests as required or requested. Support and monitor Quality Gates. Support customer audits for the project and ensure that applicable processes are adhered to. Release final Quality Documentation package for the customer. Support the Lessons Learned process (capture and implement).
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Quality field
- Working experience, including experience in oil and gas, power plant or EPC projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality requirements and strict adherence to them in the Gas Compression industry.
- Ability to analyze data with a broad view in developing creative issue resolution
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
- Enjoy working within a global team in an inclusive, supportive and engaging way
- Enjoy working with change management and have an innovative and quality-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel internationally
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English (written and spoken)
