The project and your roleWe are looking for a Senior Data Entry Specialist to support a Zendesk AI implementation project. You will play a key role in developing and validating intents and entities for our AI models by working with historical Zendesk ticket data. This position involves high attention to detail, structured data processing, and clear communication with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and success of our customer service automation efforts.
Responsibilities- Review bulk lists of Zendesk ticket IDs and extract relevant customer request text
- Copy and paste exact customer verbiage while preserving meaning and context
- Assist in mapping this verbiage to correct intents and entities for AI development
- Validate new tickets after AI implementation to check if correct intent/entity was triggered
- Identify and report false positives , edge cases, and model inaccuracies
- Enter QA findings into tracking tools or spreadsheets
- Support simple Excel-based reporting to track issues and highlight trends
- AI experience, especially in customer service automation or intent tagging
- Previous QA or audit experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk (especially from the agent/ticket handling side)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Strong project management skills to handle 34 active ticket launches at once
- Good communication with internal teams to support model improvement
- Experience using Jira to track progress and QA findings
- Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone

**The Role**
As a Senior Lead Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and output interpretation to provide actionable insights that optimize our workforce strategies, especially related to Talent Management, Performance, and Employee Experience. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform workforce strategies and business decisions.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions that answer their critical questions and drive business outcomes.
+ Collaboration with Data Teams: Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis. Participate in designing scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.
+ Insights and Data delivery: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and design presentations using PowerPoint to deliver compelling visualizations that communicate basic to complex analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
+ Advanced Insights: Surface hidden insights using statistical techniques (e.g., ANOVA, Regression) to uncover drivers of performance or why some groups are more engaged than others to drive business performance.
+ Data Quality: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across your projects. Collaborate with data governance teams to align processes and maintain high data quality standards.
+ Identify opportunities: Monitor requests and find opportunities to automate frequent asks, streamline and help enhance efficiency in our processes, products, and cross-collaboration.

Skills and Experience
+ Have a bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT or related areas.
+ Fluent English
+ Show strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
+ Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
+ Strong proficiency with data management and analysis tools, such as SQL, Python or R, Excel
+ Experience designing compelling data stories on presentation tools, such as PowerPoint is preferred
+ Formal training in quantitative related fields
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven experience with simple to advanced analysis, such as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and regression is preferred.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Curious and self-starter
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
