Responsibilities- Conduct discovery engagements to determine a client’s optimal marketing tech stack

This hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role blends content strategy, project management, copywriting, and digital performance analysis — perfect for someone who thrives on moving seamlessly between planning and execution. You’ll be the glue connecting design, video, and messaging, turning ideas into structured campaigns that perform across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email.
This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.
In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.
What You’ll Do- Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
- Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
- Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
- Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
- Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
- Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead.
- Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
- Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.
- Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
- You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads
- Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
- SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
- Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.
- Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
- Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
- Know what content performs, and why.
- Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
- Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.
- Communicate clearly and can collaborate with designers and video editors.
- Have experience working inside an agency.
- Have managed newsletter content and owned media channels
- Are fluent in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix
- Have worked on brand-led social content

Responsibilities- Manage the company's website, including content, user experience (UX), and landing page creation to drive conversions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, chatbot, social media, and display advertising
- Analyze website traffic, engagement, and digital campaign performance
- Identify trends and insights, adjusting PPC strategies to stay ahead of competitors
- Manage the company’s social media presence and online reputation
- Collaborate with the content and design team for campaign execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or combined work experience
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and website management
- Proven track record at a SaaS cybersecurity company as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, chatbots, and social media marketing
- Experience managing CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot and Salesforce
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data
- Experience with Craft CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of PLG demand engine
- Hands-on experience leveraging Marketing AI Agents
- Understanding of global marketing practices
For candidates located in high cost of living areas, the salary range for this role is 120,000 USD to 140,000 USD. For all other locations, the salary range is $105,000 to $127,000.
This position is 100% remote, with no expectation to come into an office. However we do require this position to be located in the Eastern Daylight/Eastern Standard Time Zone.
