Associate Account Managers within Thomas Marketing Services oversee our clients’ marketing programs and communicate updates about their marketing, website, and SEO programs. What you'll be doing as an Associate AM:

  • Serve as clients’ primary point of contact for their Thomas Marketing Services programs: programs can include SEO, PPC, and/or website builds and rebuilds
  • Conduct client calls to review program KPIs, deliverable updates, and overall program progress
  • Collect and document client goals and deliverable feedback for use by cross-functional teams (design, development, SEM, and social media)
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to execute program deliverables; including content and messaging for website pages, SEO, emails, blogs, eBooks, and social media

What you bring to our team:

The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products or brand through digital media. Through digital channels such as blogs, websites, search engines, social media, email, and others, they will work to address the pain points and desires of consumers and potential customers. - Developing tactical and operational plans to implement high-reach and relevant campaigns, increasing the company/startup's presence on social media;

- Executing development plans for digital brand positioning campaigns, continuously converting the data necessary for campaign success within the company;

- Producing advertising and publicity campaigns on social media, using graphic design platforms such as Photoshop & Illustrator;

- Developing a marketing metrics dashboard for reporting and continuous improvement and adjustments necessary for campaign success;

- Continuously utilizing digital tools for complete execution, such as Google & Facebook ADS, LinkedIn ADS, and email and newsletter automation tools.

What Onfly looks for in a candidate:

- Interest in automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar);

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies;

- Analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics;

- Proactivity and a desire to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment.

- Native or fluent English. We have no restrictions on candidates from different countries, as long as they fit the criteria!
