Descrição do empregoResponsabilidades:
- Suporte ao Desenvolvimento de Projetos e de Advanced Design;
- Desenvolvimento de estratégias e propostas;
- Acompanhamento de modelos físicos e virtuais;
- Negociação com stakeholders internos e externos;
- Conhecimentos em modelagem 3D (Alias, Blender);
- Análise e acompanhamento de tryouts, pré-séries e veículos finais.
Experiência mínima de 10 anos na área como Designer Automotivo;
Experiência mínima de 6 meses em estúdios Internacionais Automotivos;
Experiência em liderança de times de projeto;
Experiência no acompanhamento de projeto completo, desde a conceituação, criação, acompanhamento de matemáticas C, B e A até a análise de superfícies e montagem;
Acompanhamento de montagem de protótipos.
FormaçãoGraduado em Design de Produto ou Automotivo;
Português Nativo ou Fluente;
Língua estrangeira (desejável): Inglês nível B2 ou superior;
Local: Betim - MG - Híbrido.

- Develop collateral in support articles and application notes that customers and coworkers can use to excel in their responsibilities.
Requirements
- Complete Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Problem-solving skills.
- A strong interest in continuously learning new technologies and developing their soft skills.
Nice To Have
- Verilog, VHDL, FPGA, Digital Systems or Microelectronics knowledge .
- EDA tools for logical, physical synthesis or simulation knowledge.

As an Application Engineer, you will be part of Global Customer Success (GCS) team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The GCS team works with Digital, Analog, Verification, Systems tools. To understand more on our tools & flows, you can visit Responsibilities
+ Help customers in enhancing their productivity, debug complex issues and provide solutions in the digital tools & flows.
+ Working closely with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and prioritize the product improvement initiatives through formal methods.
+ Ensuring high impact knowledge content, tool adoption kits and other high-level documents to increase the self-service for customers.
+ Produce out-of-the-box solutions to customer problems using either tool capabilities or scripting techniques.
+ Deploy ML based Solutions to improve productivity and PPA

Minimum Requirements:

Product Design UX/UI - Pleno | PJ
Responsabilidades- Definir e evoluir frameworks, processos e ferramentas da disciplina de design para escalar boas práticas;
- Colaborar de forma próxima com desenvolvimento, produto e marketing para criar soluções que unam inovação, usabilidade e impacto no negócio;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria a partir de análises qualitativas e quantitativas, garantindo decisões baseadas em dados;
- Fomentar uma cultura centrada no usuário, aplicando pesquisas, entrevistas e testes para validar hipóteses e soluções de jornada;
- Avaliar como novos produtos atendem às necessidades do mercado e às preferências do consumidor;
- Acompanhar métricas de experiência e propor melhorias contínuas em nossos fluxos e jornadas;
- Defender as melhores práticas de UX/UI, incluindo acessibilidade e design inclusivo;
- Influenciar decisões estratégicas e garantir que o design seja um diferencial competitivo da empresa.
- Proficiência em Figma e projetos entregues em produção;
- Bacharelado em Design, Design de Produto, Design Gráfico ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência como Product Designer UX/UI ou em áreas similares;
- Portfólio com projetos reais, mostrando processos e resultados;
- Conhecimento em PPT para criação de apresentações visuais;
- Conhecimento em UX/UI;
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis e trabalho colaborativo com times multidisciplinares.
- Perfil protagonista e colaborativo, com visão de negócio e foco em impacto;
- Fortes habilidades criativas de design e comunicação;

- Capacidade de trabalhar com dados para embasar hipóteses e priorizações;
