We’re looking for a creative, agile, and resourceful Web Developer and Designer hybrid to join our performance-driven team. This remote work role reports to the CMO.

As a web developer and designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our digital presence, from our main website to various marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our website projects, from initial design concepts to final implementation. You’ll contribute to an evolving brand and collaborate across teams to ensure our visual identity is consistent, scalable, and memorable.

As a Web Developer and Designer, you’ll help guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of our marketing website and brand identity in collaboration with our marketing team, led by our CMO.

You’ll be the glue between brand and performance — ensuring our web and social experiences are excellently crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business impact. Effectively, you’ll make sure our website and social presence not only looks amazing but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, independent strategic thinker who brings deep expertise in developing and designing website pages and digital marketing assets within B2B SaaS organizations. As a Web Developer and Designer, you love staying at the cutting edge of design trends and technology to spark fresh ideas and innovation and leverage emerging AI technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in web development, design, UX / UI, and digital marketing, including at least 3 years at a SaaS company
• 4+ years of experience with Figma, HTML / CSS, WordPress / Elementor, and CMS systems.
• Deep understanding of web development and design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• A portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns.
• Deep curiosity for generative AI tools and how to leverage them in workflows.
• Adept at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in agile environments and / or with developers and marketing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can manage input and expectations across multiple stakeholders and explain design rationale clearly.
• You have a self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and “ask AI” for answers as needed.
• You are scrappy, resourceful, and always present solutions, not problems without solutions.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize our company website hosted on WordPress and developed on Elementor. This includes building new pages and features, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and implementing SEO best practices.
• Develop dynamic and responsive creative assets in Figma across a range of touchpoints - website pages, digital campaigns, video, social content, branding, infographics, and emails - ensuring clarity, performance, and brand consistency.
• Design static and animated display ads and social media creatives. You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure ads are effective and on-brand.
• Produce and edit short-form marketing videos for social media, website content, and ad campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools for tasks such as image generation, code optimization, and content creation to improve efficiency and output.
• Turn complex product features into eye-catching visuals that educate, compel, and sell—using visualization to make info clear, engaging, and easy to digest.
• Own the website creative vision and partner with stakeholders to help define the roadmap in alignment with web strategy, growth goals, and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency— fostering excellence in execution and craft.
• Develop engaging experiences that drive results as measured by shared success metrics.
• Continuously improve UX and UI through testing, iteration, and advocating for best practices.
