About the role

Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition .
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry (Meat) .
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Someone like you, who has a keen interest in high technology and prospecting new customers in Brazil.
We are currently seeking a highly professional, self-motivated Account Manager to cover Brazil and report to the Regional Sales Manager of LATAM. Your mission will be to promote and demonstrate Creaform’s product lineup and the company itself within the assigned territory (Brazil) to achieve or exceed sales targets.
A typical day with Sebastien and the sales team:- Demonstrate Creaform technology to interested and potential customers.
- Participate in trade shows, technical events, open houses, sales meetings, and other sales events.
- Qualify incoming leads and contact potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Ensure steady and organized follow-up on sales opportunities through emails, phone calls, etc., to ensure the expected level of sales and a compact sales cycle using the CRM system.
- Act as a point of contact and provide technical support and regular follow-ups to potential customers during the evaluation period.
- Report progress of all ongoing sales activities weekly during team opportunity reviews, provide sales forecasts, and participate in forecast review meetings.
- Develop a large network of contacts and clients within the designated territory in teamwork with the Strategic Account Manager and the Sales Manager.
- Manage existing customers over the entire product life cycle, including identifying further business opportunities.
- Protect the profit margins of Creaform by adding value rather than discounting and by organizing efficient travel.

Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field
- Experience in sales in a manufacturing/technological environment
- Experience in a technical field, sales, and/or customer support

- Minimum experience in a technical field, sales, and/or customer support
- Bilingual in local language & English is mandatory; Spanish is an asset
- Knowledge in Metrology, Quality Control, or Reverse Engineering is an asset
- Results-oriented and autonomous
- Passport required for travel
- Ability to lift 90 lbs
- Location: Campinas, SP, Brazil or home office
- Available to travel 50%+ of the time, flexible schedules, adapting to peak sales periods

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company-defined targets, prospecting and follow-up visits by product line
- Monitor and report key sales performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions when needed
- Record daily commercial activities in the CRM platform (Salesforce), including opportunities, visits, calls, and customer interactions
- Provide technical support and training to ensure proper product application
- Manage product complaints by opening support cases and assisting Global Technical Support in non-conformance investigations and product replacements when applicable
- Identify sales opportunities for new products and new applications for existing solutions, gather and analyze market intelligence
- Degree in Agricultural Sciences: Agronomy, Animal Science, Chemistry, or Food Engineering
- Knowledge and experience with pathogens, mycotoxins, allergens, and GMOs, including analysis for the animal nutrition and food industry markets
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Postgraduate studies or specialization is a plus
- Availability to travel
