About The Role

As a Product Designer at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the entire user experience, from initial concept to final visual design. By turning customer insights into impactful and aesthetically pleasing designs, you’ll make our products more intuitive, self-servicing, and valuable. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high-fidelity, implementation-ready designs ahead of schedulethat are directly aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 3 customer interviews with a Product Manager weekly to gather actionable feedback for design improvements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma that effectively communicate design concepts 2 sprints ahead of engineering timelines.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and visually compelling UI across the entire platform.
• Leverage data pipelines to inform and enhance design decisions.
• Ensure all current products are intuitive and self-servicing for users.
• Drive improved adoption and engagement across all current products.

About The Role

We’re seeking a highly independent, creative, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our fast-paced, visionary team. The ideal candidate is someone who has built multiple apps from scratch, preferably in an agency or dev shop environment (not large corporate teams), and thrives in high-speed, iterative work cycles. We’re looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with visual systems and can contribute both executional and conceptual design.

In this role, you’ll go beyond wireframes and flows — we’re also looking for someone who can contribute to visual design, branding, and illustration . You will focus more on product usability, interaction design, and shaping the visual and brand identity of the app.

You’ll work across mobile and desktop interfaces, contribute to Figma-based design systems, and play a vital role in defining the future of our product. We value curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to have fun with design while staying true to a bold product vision.

Location: Remote ideally UTC-3 Timezone to be able to meet regularly with UTC-7 and UTC+3 counterparts

Required skills

• Strong visual design skills with the ability to apply a keen sense of aesthetics to a complex design system.
• Proficiency in Figma working within a multi-libraried design system is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app design principles and best practices. Experience with tablet and web design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between product vision, UX design and development.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering well-constructed, pixel-perfect mobile app design assets.
• A keen eye for pattern recognition and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in design.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design process for digital products—from discovery and research to production-ready UI.
• Work on international and diverse projects designing highly valuable products that cater to end-users and align with business goals.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, align goals, and define solutions.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Synthesize user research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies and UI solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and Project Managers to deliver a high-quality design that can be easily implemented.

Role Overview

As our Senior Product Designer , you’ll collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer and Marketing team to translate broad concepts and requirements into seamless, visually stunning interfaces. We're a user-centred organization and for us Design means digging deep into user problems to find the scalable solutions.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone ready to shape the product’s core identity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be owning the end-to-end design of our product and will have a major impact on the growth of design at TripShepherd.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Execution

• reate user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web experiences using Figma .

• I corporate best practices for AI-driven experiences, including conversational interfaces and recommendation systems.

2. Iterative Product Development

• C llaborate in scrum/agile sprints, refining your designs based on feedback from product, marketing, and user research data.

• I tegrate TikTok-style video content, social media features, and mapping tools in a cohesive, user-friendly way.

3. Brand Consistency & Evolution

• W rk with early-stage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.

• H lp shape the design system, expanding components as needed to accommodate new features and user flows.

4. User Research & Validation

• L verage existing research and collaborate with the Head of Product to identify user pain points, test assumptions, and validate designs.
