Senior Specialist, Product Management - Identity Verification Overview:Why this role matters
Help shape how millions of Latin American consumers prove who they are—securely and seamlessly—when they pay, open an account, or authenticate. You’ll own the LAC identity-verification product construct end-to-end, drive GTM and sales enablement, manage the P&L, and scale revenue through high-impact features, data partnerships, and product innovations that reduce fraud without adding friction. Leading IDV product teams collaborate tightly with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, Operations, Sales and Marketing to land real-world outcomes—exactly the cross-functional muscle you’ll build here.

Build and maintain a biometrics strategy (facial, voice, behavioral, liveness) and readiness to define and scale to new use cases (onboarding, step-up auth, age verification, passwordless, dispute management).
Translate strategy into compelling narratives, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria; shape iteratively with strong discovery and experimentation. i
GTM & sales enablement
Create LAC-specific value propositions, pricing & packaging, competitive positioning, and ROI tools; equip Sales/CS with narratives, demos, objection handling, and case studies.
Partner with Marketing to launch features, produce content, and support field training; establish a VOC loop with customers and prospects across banks, fintechs, wallets, and merchants.
P&L & scalable revenue
Own the product P&L: forecast, price, growth and drive mix towards the healthiest unit economics.
Define and track KPIs: approval rates, false positive rates, fraud loss avoided, latency, conversion uplift, revenue, and margin.
Risk, compliance & customer experience
Partner with Compliance to meet LAC KYC/AML requirements and privacy regimes (e.g., Brazil LGPD, Mexico/Colombia data rules), while minimizing friction and supporting market localization.
Work with Data Science to launch signals and scores (document, PII, device, biometrics, behavior) and ensure decision frameworks are measurable, fair, and explainable. E
Drive authentication cross-functional alignment for payments (e.g., capabilities, step-up flows, 3DS experiences, risk-based auth) to protect multi-rail accounts and multi-rail transactions at scale.
Partnerships & execution
Source and collaborate with the data strategy team on regional data/biometric partners (credit bureaus, registries, telco/device, selfie liveness), vendor evaluations, commercials, and performance SLAs.
Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, DevOps, Support, and Ops to deliver resilient, low-latency services and robust SLAs.
