What You Will Do

Currently, we have 4 openings for Junior Analysts. We aim to promote diversity and are considering a role as an Affirmative Action position for People with Disabilities (PCD).

Key Responsibilities

The Jr. Complaint Vigilance Analyst is responsible for processing product quality complaints and supporting daily complaint management activities for the North America region and globally (as needed), including but not limited to:

  • Conduct initial assessments and identify complaints in line with the product quality complaint program. This includes reviewing complaints to verify customer verbatim, lot number, subject coding, and trend analysis.
  • Review and process Monitored for Trend (MFT), change logs from call centers and medical safety teams to assess impact on triage and investigation processes.
  • Evaluate field samples and photo attachments, analyzing complaint data related to product quality issues to ensure timely investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Global Consumer Care, Medical Safety, internal affiliates, and external site representatives to address and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Monitor complaint records in the management system to ensure compliance and closure.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external audits as required.
  • Compile product and lot-specific complaint trending data and closure metrics.
  • Support other geographical regions' analyst functions for consumer products as necessary.
  • Assist with global and regional projects within the department, communicating effectively across all management levels.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or complaint management within pharmaceutical, medical device, nutritional, or related industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
