Job Responsibilities

1. Integrated Business and Technical Design

- Deeply understand Keeta's business strategy to design technical architecture solutions tailored to business scenarios.

- Lead the transformation of business requirements into technical architectures, balancing functionality, performance, cost, and scalability (e.g., high-concurrency transaction architectures).

2. Technical Solution Implementation and Optimization

- Establish technical selection criteria (e.g., development frameworks, middleware, cloud services) and guide teams to complete system development, deployment, and iteration.

- Optimize existing business system architectures, resolve technical bottlenecks (e.g., performance optimization, stability enhancement, architecture upgrades), and ensure business continuity.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration and Technical Decision-Making

- Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to advance technical solution review and implementation, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals.

- Participate in technical decision-making (e.g., new technology adoption, architecture reconstruction), mitigate technical risks, and formulate technical pre-research and reserves plans.

4. Technical Standards and Team Empowerment

- Define technical development specifications and architecture design standards, promoting team-wide technical standardization (e.g., code quality, interface specifications, operational processes).

- Mentor junior engineers in resolving technical challenges, enhancing the team’s overall architecture design capabilities and technical vision.

Core Qualifications

- Master the core processes of at least one business domain (e.g., transactions, marketing, retail, fulfillment, algorithms), capable of decomposing technical requirements from a business perspective.

- Solid technical architecture experience:

- Familiar with distributed architecture design (microservices, message queues, caching mechanisms); proficient in cloud-native technologies (containerization, K8s, Serverless).

- Understand data architecture (e.g., data middle platforms, real-time data processing) and AI/big data technologies in business contexts (e.g., recommendation systems, risk control models).

2. Engineering and Implementation Capability

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex business system architectures (e.g., high-concurrency transaction systems, real-time data analysis platforms), capable of leading technical solutions from concept to launch.

- Experience in performance tuning and fault troubleshooting; familiar with CI/CD and DevOps processes to ensure system stability and delivery efficiency.

3. Soft Skills

- Excellent cross-team communication skills, able to articulate technical solutions in business language and drive non-technical teams to understand technical value.

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly identifying business pain points and matching technical solutions.

4. Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the food delivery industry or international e-commerce companies is preferred.

- Cloud platform (AWS/Aliyun) architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or open-source project contributions is a plus.

· Working with SOQL / SOSL / Data loader and Data mapping.
· Understanding of Salesforce Best Practices for coding and design and SFDC Governor Limits.
· Working with SFDC identity management and working with connected apps and algorithms
· Understanding and working experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / FSL (good to have) ,
· Working experience with middleware’s like Dell Bhoomi / Informatica / Mulesoft.
· Working with GITHUB / Visual Studio / SVN code repositories with check-in checkout model.
- Working experience migrating the code using ANT / Metadata API / SFDX any other CI/CD tools like COPADO / FLOSM / AUTO RABBIT other than traditional Change sets.
