We’re hiring a remote Business Development Representative to help us scale high-quality lead generation and deal flow for digital-first clients targeting the US market.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and nurturing leads, and helping move them through the sales funnel in collaboration with our consultants and closers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B commercial sales, ideally managing full lead-to-close cycles
  • High intelligence and quick learning ability—comfortable with case simulations
  • 2+ years working with the US market, with cultural fluency and strong business awareness
  • Proven experience with outbound and inbound outreach—cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and building lead lists
  • Hands-on experience using lead engagement tools—especially HubSpot CRM
  • Success in converting cold leads into discovery calls or qualified opportunities
  • Strong communication skills—confident in business-level discussions with stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating at the “middle layer” level—speaking to decision-makers, not just end users or C-suite
